Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

This accommodation, next to our home, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure center (20 m from the beach). The house is located by the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as authorized navigation). Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Ideal for family gatherings, large festive tables, sports walks or afternoon reading by the fireplace. Cottage at the exit of the village with its shops (bakery, hairdresser, grocery store, tobacco...), common to a Sarthe property. Amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, pancake party, baby cot and high chair on request... Private above-ground pool (early June to early September).

This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

Quiet and elegant village house, completely renovated for 4 people, fully equipped. Close to basic shops (bakery, restaurant, fast food, tobacco, bank, hypermarket, gas station, etc.) street parking in front of the accommodation or free parking 50 m away for bulky vehicles 20 min from Le Mans and the circuit Motorway exit 2 min away Station 2 min. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Shops are nearby, and you are 20 km from Le Mans. There is a highway exit at Connerré, which is 2 km from the house. You have the entire house, and parking is available in my driveway or in front of the house.
