A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

L'appartement, indépendant, se trouve dans une vieille maison, entièrement rénovée avec des matériaux de qualité, entourée d'une vaste cour arborée. Located near the town of Theys (shops, restaurant, bar...), as well as the 7 Laux ski resort (15 min by car). Our family offers you a warm little studio with a surface area of 27 m2 located on the ground floor of our chalet with a separate entrance. It consists of an 8 m2 entrance, as well as a 19 m2 main living room (separate toilet and bathroom). Covered parking is possible next to the apartment. Maverick, our dog, will be happy to see you.
