Whether you're here to hike, work, pedal or just enjoy the mountain, you're in the right place! On the mountain side, a dozen resorts are within 30 minutes by car. On the bike side, it's a real playground: Galibier, Glandon, Madeleine or the famous hairpin turns of Montvernier are waiting for you. In short, whether you come to sweat or chill, we are waiting for you!

XVIII Maurienne farmhouse at 470m d'altitude

In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Our cozy little cottage with Jacuzzi offers you a relaxing stay for 2 or for the whole family. 60 m2 log cabin built in 2021. Stunning views of Belledonne. Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

This charming ground floor studio is located in the heart of Le Touvet, 2 steps from the town center.... You will find everything you need for your comfort and the convenience of the place... Free public parking is available just opposite with a dozen spaces. You can then make the most of the Belledonnes and Chartreuse mountain ranges! (walks, hikes, waterfalls...) Nearby, a magnificent butcher/delicatessen/caterer will introduce you to local specialties...

In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a very special microclimate of relaxation, tranquility, and vacation, with a heavenly view! In short, a side of Provence in Chartreuse! I live in this house and release it when I'm booked in order to leave it for you privatized. So you have access to the whole house except my room and garage. However, I am leaving my cats, Roxy and Gribouille.

You have the option to hike, bike or take the road to visit our beautiful region. The house is located at the crossroads of the highways to Chambéry, Grenoble, the valleys of Tarentaise, Maurienne and Isère (A43 3 km away). The first ski resorts are 45 minutes away. The first shops are 10 km away.
