Une entrée, un grand salon et sa mezzanine bibliothèque, une salle à manger, une cuisine toute équipée , 2 salles de bain ainsi que 3 chambres. Au-dessus des anciens fours de la tuilerie se trouve une annexe composée de deux chambres et une salle de bain. Un grand jardin arboré et ses oiseaux !

In the heart of the Moulin à Vent vineyards

With magnificent views of the vineyards of Saint-Amour, Chénas, Juliénas and Moulin à vent, our location is unique. The accommodation is new (March 2023), with reversible air conditioning and professional quality bedding. The downstairs bedroom does not have a window. Upstairs, there is a bedroom (without a door). During the summer period you can enjoy the swimming pool from June to August and its large terrace. The residence consists of 3 apartments with a private terrace.

For nature lovers, independent studio

Ideal for bike rides, walks or fishing... At the foot of Beaujolais, 850 m from the banks of the Saône and a lake. Fully equipped, non-smoking 35 m² studio with terrace and Wi-Fi, on the first floor of my house (independent access). Composed of a bedroom (bed 160x200), a living room/equipped kitchen with a sofa, and a shower room. There is an additional charge of €40 for end-of-stay cleaning if you don't want to take care of it; otherwise, everything you need is on site.
