Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Carefully decorated, the 40 m2 accommodation has comfortable equipment to accommodate 2 to 3 people (2 adults+ child or baby). the hosts will guide you with pleasure to discover their beautiful region: discovery of the heritage including the castles, vineyards and cellars of the Loire, Zoo de la Flèche, hikes in a preserved natural environment, fishing, paddle or canoe, purchases of farm products...

The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.
