Vacation rentals with a home theater in La Carolina

I loved my stay at Diego’s. Everything was super safe, clean, and a great location near La Carolina Parque. Two doors down there is a very good pizza place and Cyrano’s, a short walk down to Portugal Calle is excellent for salads, ice cream, and bakery. There is a modern, clean, subway now in Quito and one station is not too far from Diego’s apartment. We quickly got to the Old Town section of Quito.

I stayed at Ana’s apartment for a week. I had been travelling quite a lot and just wanted a place to relax and this was perfect. I love cooking and was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was, it had every utensil I could possibly need. There are 2 televisions in the apartment, the one in bedroom has Netflix. The apartment is very safe, security are always on call and replied to my messages straight away when I had any questions. The gym was also very well equipped and had all the equipment needed for a full workout. Ana was a great host and kept in contact to ensure I had everything I needed.

Quito es una ciudad maravillosa, hermosa y encantadora. Cada esquina esta llena de lugares encantadores y encontrar este lugar hace mi estadia completamente perfecta. Mi estancia en el alojamiento de Andrés fue demasiado agradable, el lugar cuenta con todas los servicios que ofrece, pudimos descansar con tranquilidad y el anfitrión super bueno, de hecho tuvimos un pequeño retraso para el check-in y amablemente nos esperaron. Definitivamente en un próximo viaje regresariamos a este alojamiento.

We had a nice stay at Esteban’s place. The apartment was in a good location, was well appointed, and we felt safe with the 24h security. When we arrived there were some light snacks and water which was great! Esteban was a very responsive host and worked quickly to help with the small issues we had - even coming to help in the middle of the night when there was some confusion w the security guards when we checked in. However, there was some loud music from another unit nearby from 1am-3am, and a strong paint smell in the elevators and hallways (which we understand was beyond Esteban’s control). Since we were staying for a week, it would have been helpful to have more essential amenities (bath towels, dish towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc).

Realmente nos sentimos muy bien con mis dos hijos muy acogedor el lugar y muy tranquila la zona para tener buen descanso, recomiendo 100%

ein modernes, neues Haus, ruhig, in einem gated Anlage mit tollem Ausblick gelegen. Zentrum von Sangolqui ist schnell erreichbar. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt viele Tipps. Ich komme gerne wieder

Una vista increíble, el check in fue flexible por lo que facilitó nuestra organización en uio, se los recomiendo totalmente. Es un lugar en el tendrás privacidad, seguridad y sobre todo te sentirás como en casa, la ubicación está accesible a lugares comerciales, restaurantes, etc

un excelente lugar, la casa full equipada mis amigos y yo la pasamos de lujo! quizás la ubicación es un poco problemática pero no pasa nada la casa es segura! recomendado

Súper linda la casa , de lujo con comodidad mejor que en las fotos ,ordenado impecable seguridad, vecinos amables, francy siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos , la piscina el gym y demás zonas para difrutar lindas

Beatriz suite was just perfect. Very nice suite with security 24/7 which gives you peace of mind. Nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. Also a very nice park just across the street. I recommend Beatriz suite 100%. Overall great experience!

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Felipe's apartment was great! This was our family's first time traveling to South America and we loved it! The apartment was located on a quiet dead end that receives little traffic off of the busy street that is near and we always felt safe, especially with the security that was available 24 hours a day to let us in and out of the building. The apartment had all that we needed for our weeks stay in Quito and we really enjoyed the smart TV so that we could relax at night in front of the TV. The building itself was quiet and we infrequently ran into other tenants or guests. The gym was ok, with not a lot of equipment but it was a quiet place to do some exercise or stretching after a busy day of walking around the city. Having the in-apartment washer and dryer was a huge help, especially after a workout. The apartment was stocked with all of our needs and if we were in need of anything at all, Felipe was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly.
