Monthly Rentals in La Candelaria

Cozy space, nice, good location, very quiet, perfect for long stays. It has good security, the candles are kind, the people too. Vanessa was always timely and attentive to any inconvenience that arose. Highly recommended.

Unit is just like the pictures. Upon arrival, the security guard of the building handles the check in process and checks passport. He also takes picture, which I didn't really feel comfortable. But I think the picture is used for the intercom to do facial recognition or something because the next day a different guard seems to recognize me. Well, that does make me feel safe. Unit is clean and the washing machine is useful for sure. There is no dryer but the clothes dries in a day. Would be nice if hairdryer was available. The building is close to a lot of attractions. Would definitely consider staying at the same unit if to visit again.

This place had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable and it had a kitchen and two full bathrooms. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The huge private patio was the perfect place for a drink. The location was good as it was on a quiet street but walking distance to the main areas in La Candelaria. Jaime was very responsive whenever we had a question! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this apartment deserves five stars. The location is excellent, the unit was very clean, and there are enough kitchen accessories for medium-term stays. The washer/dryer also worked very well, which is not always the case in AirBNBs. It's worth noting that the water is shut off every nine days or so, but this is across Bogota, so this will be the case throughout the city. There were small issues with the building, such as the elevators not being in order (there are 4, but there were never more than 3 operating, and sometimes just 2), and the electricity occasionally going out. However, the apartment itself is very good. I strongly recommend this place for longer stays because it's more peaceful than other places in Bogota, which are often noisy. It costs more than the average AirBNB in the city, but if it's in your budget, you will likely appreciate it. Enjoy!
