Excellent option, central, in modern tower, with roofed and secure parking inside the residential. The apartment is well equipped and functionally furnished. The terrace is a very pleasant plus, not common in other apartments of its kind in the city especially for us who travel with our pet. Communication was excellent.

Andres was very helpful with his restaurant and supermarket guide, with clear instructions. My children and wife loved the property. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in the capital. had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this apartment! We were super happy to come “home” to it after long days of excursions and out and about in the Colonial City area. It’s about 8 minutes away in car to the colonial part of the city, an inexpensive Uber ride. The place was extremely safe and welcoming, with a terrific breakfast place across the street and a little market in the corner as well.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay, it was well equipped. The complex where the apartment is located is very safe, it was a nice experience. I would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment again. Thank you very much.
