Andre is a very good host!! And very kind and friendly. The property is very nice and is just as shown in the photos!! I feel at home! Andres was very helpful with his restaurant and supermarket guide, with clear instructions. My children and wife loved the property. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in the capital. When I visit Santo Domingo again, I will return to Andres' property!! I recommend it 100% to everyone!! Thank you Andres for everything!!

The house is really nice and really central. There's a grocery store on the corner of the square and everything in the house is great. It has everything.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

It is a very quiet and cozy place, but you have to modernize some equipment like air conditioning just that, that's fine.

Fernando’s place was amazing! It was all we needed to relax & have fun. Fernando was very responsive. The pools and the beach were our favorite spot. The view is great! Great restaurants right across the street. Grocery shopping is great with easy delivery or walkable food stores. We felt safe; there were friendly security personnel all around. There is a restaurant on the premises which was great for pool snack. Our 7, 14, & 17 year old daughters had a blast! We now have a place to come back to when visiting Juan Dolio.
