Dependent on the Château du Bertry, this building was originally intended for the manufacture and baking of bread. Converted in 2022 into a comfortable 115 m2 home with 3 bedrooms. Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Our house is located in the heart of La Bouexière. On the street side, you will have direct access to all the amenities of this very dynamic village. On the courtyard side, you will enjoy a quiet and sunny space. La Bouexiere is 20 minutes from the gates of Rennes, equally close to charming medieval villages (Vitré, Chateaubourg, Chateaugiron 20 minutes), 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel as well as Saint-Malo, or the first Normandy beaches.
