Condo vacation rentals in La Bocca, Cannes

Très bel accueil de Christelle et échange avec Elyse et Christelle. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Le logement est impeccable, propre, sobre , joliment décoré dans une residence calme avec une belle terrasse et un parking privé ce qui est vraiment très pratique à Cannes. Côté équipements, tout y est , on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous étions à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage et des petits commerces et restaurants. La gare est à 2 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

Emplacement idéal pour se ressourcer... plage publique aux pieds de la résidence mais néanmoins très agréable... tout était parfait. Le seul problème que l'on puisse rencontrer, c'est de devoir partir... ;) Merci Carole et merci Orion pour votre accueil et votre réactivité... The stay at Maurice’s place was awesome! I stayed during the Cannes Lions Festival and after a long work day this is exactly what I needed, a peaceful, private place where I could unwind. Also the beach is 5min by walking distance and if you need/want to go to Cannes you have the station right by the house. Everything was perfect 🌟

Ми дуже задоволені проживанням в цьому місці. Квартира укомплектована всим необхідним для відпочинку для двох осіб. Чудова велика тераса зі зручними меблями з видом на море. Гарний пісчаний пляж дуже близько через дорогу. Гнучкий графік заселення. Однозначно рекомендую для відпочинку.

Appartement très agréable, bien décoré et parfaitement équipé. La piscine est un vrai plus, on en a bien profité. Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et dans un quartier calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement !

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf (2 volwassenen en 2 kindjes) - het appartement is heel modern en praktisch ingericht; hoewel het niet heel groot is, hadden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Helene is heel vriendelijk en reageert heel vlot op eventuele bijkomende vragen. De omgeving kennen we al tientallen jaren en blijft prachtig 💛 hopelijk tot een volgende keer!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Konaklama gerçekten ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi karşıladı. Araba ile seyahat ettiğimiz için eve air bir park yerinin olması önemliydi. Fakat kapalı garaj oldukça dar bir alana sahip. Eğer park etme konusunda tereddütlü biriyseniz bu süreç sizi gerebilir. Benim şansım eşimin profesyonel bir sürücü olmasıydı. Bunu göz önünde bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim. Evin konumu çok iyi. Şehrin merkezine 13 dkda yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz. Ana caddede güvenlik açısında sorunsuz. Evin içi ahşap dekor ve düzenlemelerle dolu bir ev. Ahşap olması biraz koku açısından hassasiyet doğuruyor. Ben hassasiyetim olan biriyim bu sebeple bunu farkediyorum. Takılacak biri değilseniz gayet güzel. Otel profesyonelliğinde yaklaşım var. Beyaz çarşaflar ve havlu takımları temizdi. Sadece birkaç yerin tozu görünen şekilde alınmıştı :). Çıkış işlemi için önce garajdan arabanızı çıkartıp anahtarları tekrardan eve bırakmalısınız. Bu durum biraz zorlayıcı ve vakit kaybettiriyor. 20dk üzeri bu işlem sürüyor pratik gelmedi.

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

Piccolo alloggio pulito, ben arredato con tutto l’ indispensabile. Ideale per 2 persone lo spazio è estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Parcheggi non a pagamento davanti all’alloggio o nel parking vicinissimo Christophe molto gentile e disponibile. Luogo da tener presente . ☺️ grazie

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Je recommande vraiment ce logement sublime , en plein centre , et à 1 min de la mer ( accès direct depuis la résidence ..) Kevin a été un super hôte , toujours réactif et présent On reviendra c’est sur ! David

Great sea views and incredible complex with 2 swimming pools. Easy to travel to Cannes and have a morning swim in the sea! Very comfortable with a great terrace.

Bonsoir Flo, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement impeccable avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Très calme à part les trains et les avions (On s'habitue avec le temps). Je recommande vivement cet appartement car je n'avais vraiment pas envie de repartir en Normandie. Un grand MERCI Flo pour cette semaine inoubliable. Nous pensons revenir ultérieurement. We had some wonderful days in Mandelieu la Napoule and your apartment was really nice! Well situated, clean, comfortable and safe. The pool area was great and a beautiful garden/park. Thank you!

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Tout était parfait pour nous dans ce merveilleux logement : un grand parking souterrain, une literie délicieuse, des espaces spacieux, un système de musique connecté dans tout l'appartement, une superbe vaisselle, des équipements modernes, un grand balcon, une piscine sur le rooftop... ; pour l'environnement extérieur : la plage accessible à pieds en 5 min avec de délicieux restaurants (coup de coeur pour La Cabane), à 5 min également de l'immeuble plein de commerces MacDo, Action, Pharmacie, Lidl, Paul (+Grand Frais ouverture prochaine)... Bref si il y avait un concours au logement parfait il remporterait assurément la coupe !

Lovely studio right next to the beach. The pool is in the shady area which was perfect when it’s very sunny and hot. Walking distance to all the restaurants in the Cannes city centre. The only thing that could have made it perfect would be a more comfortable bed/sofabed. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The view of the sea was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun throughout our vacation. Dominique was an excellent host — very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, and everything went smoothly without any issues. The apartment, while a bit small (clearly mentioned in the description), felt cozy and quickly became our home away from home. We also had access to a private parking spot in the garage, with direct access to the elevator, which was really convenient. For EV owners, there’s a charging station just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, easily visible from the balcony. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a family getaway, and we had an amazing time during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
