We had a great time with our friends. We were very well hosted. Maud and Vincent are very kind and caring hosts. The place is super cute and functional. Not to mention the jaccuzi which is a big plus to the accommodation.

The studio is well placed, enough to go out, eat just a few steps away. Instructions for accessing the home are clear. Attention: access, base front door. Convenient furniture, well laid out studio, comfortable. Very good communication. I recommend it for short stays.

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Ideal accommodation 5 minutes from Parc de la Beaujoire. Second time we've come. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

The accommodation was clean, spacious, bright, well arranged and above all in a quiet environment. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. Excellent stay at Céline and Fabien's. The house is ideally located on the seafront. Very easy to access the beach. The house is comfortable, with everything you need to cook, you can feel that it is a lived-in house with warm seaside decoration. I'm used to my region and I'll be happy to come back.

Very good stay, too bad the good weather wasn't always there, but still beautiful days over 10 days. Nice little house where nothing was missing. Good bedding. Marie Pierre is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend it.

Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)

Perfect appartment and very tidy!

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment which is comfortable, with everything you need and as described (the bathroom may indeed seem small for some people, but it is indicated in the listing). The accommodation is well located and the residence is in a quiet and wooded setting. Personally, I didn't have any problems picking up 4G (red sfr), but it may depend on the operators.
