This luxury cottage of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, former property of a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis available at any time.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Gite on three levels with courtyard and sunny garden. Large green space to share with outdoor games such as ping-pong or badminton. From the cottage you can hike mountain biking or walking. The bathroom as well as the toilet are located on the first floor. Half an hour from Mont Saint Michel, 3/4 of an hour from the Emerald Coast. Bicycles are available for your rides and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the pond of Boulet.
