Our guesthouse is located in a 10 hectares property with private access to the lake. You are offered a spacious, independent 50 m2 apartment with large windows into the natural and organic landscape and access to a free (shared with owners) pool and parking. The apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and one bedroom is located in a multicultural family house. We are 1.5 km from Mourao city and 2 km from the public sandy beach. You can reach us from 3 different airports: Lisbon, Faro, Seville.

Made to enjoy life with friends & family this villa was designed by the well-known architect, João Favila Menezes. Estudio do OC makes part of a Main villa that became an important reference point for contemporary architecture in Alentejo. The studio interiors were decorated with TLC by us. Its located in the middle of the nature, cheeps and cows, 2h away from Lisbon or Faro airport. You need a car to get to the property, normally you can reach the property the same day you land in Lisbon.

Bring the whole family to this fantastic, centrally located, spacious, quiet, comfortable and in a large square with no parking problems. With all the amenities (oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, bed linen and towels, cold/heat pump in the living room and bedrooms, bars, shops and laundry a few meters away. You will have direct communication with the host for any questions or concerns, and they can inform you if you wish about the most tourist points in the town.
