Outside you will find a sheltered wooden extension with garden table. Ideal for a tourist or business trip, this accommodation is offered in an "All-inclusive" package (water, heating, electricity and towels and linens provided). Beds are prepared upon arrival. Small house full of charm and comfortable, it is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. You will find a real 140 cm double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable 140cm sofa bed in the living room upstairs. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a covered terrace adjoining the kitchen.

"L'atelier du 36" is a cozy and very well-equipped apartment with trendy and industrial decor. It is located in the city center of Montfort-sur-Meu, a pretty little town of character, at the foot of local shops and other dining amenities (main street of the town) and 200 meters from the SNCF train station. Great for a tourist or business stay halfway between Rennes and the forest of Brocéliande.

Completely renovated in 2021, you will be charmed by this small quiet country house located a 2-minute drive from all shops. Great for a couple or solo stay as well as business travelers. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom with a double bed. At the gates of the Brocéliande forest (20 minutes) and at the crossroads of Brittany between land and sea (Saint-Malo, Dinard in 45 min – 1 hour then Quiberon, Sarzeau and the islands of Morbihan 1 hour 15 minutes).
