Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Balme-de-Sillingy

Morgan was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating on arrival time. The space itself is spacious, clean, and a pretty rustic decor without leaving out modern comforts. Close to the train station, the accommodation had a special interest for me who was coming by train.

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Spacious place and very friendly hosts. We were even allowed to use their barbecue fireplace in the garden.

Karine's house is large, with land and terrace, well equipped, with lovely views. Karine makes room for her hosts and is very available and responsive for communication. the rooms are very large. the house cat comes by to make cuckoo and seems adaptable to guest guests;-). you can park in the courtyard directly, which is convenient. we left for a walk directly from the house.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very pleasant host and provided with valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Very nice apartment for a stay with family or friends. Very spacious living room. Bedroom with ample space, storage but lacks some lighting. Great location. Very available and friendly host. You can book without a second thought.

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present on arrival for all the explanations and for our departure. Very convenient private parking during this weekend when all the parking lots in Annecy were full! 10 minutes walk to the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!
