Family-friendly vacation rentals in La Balme-de-Sillingy

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

Philippe was very welcoming, very friendly and responsive, good advice and considerate, and we had a great week with our 15-month-old son (the accommodation lends itself to it!) in this pretty little mazot! The surroundings are beautiful, beautiful hikes and lots of resorts nearby! To be done again with pleasure:)

We had a lovely stay at Jean-François's, well hosted, and responsive to our requests. Located near the center of Annecy, it was an excellent weekend of discovery. We would highly recommend.

Awesome weekend family stay at Chalet Gilbert! Great communication, roaring fireplace and relaxing sauna made our trip. We enjoyed dining at La Petite Auberge, and rentals from Caribou worked great. Skiing at Portes du Soleil was also fantastic. We'll be back!

Etienne is a very responsive and friendly host. The place is beautiful: big plus for the Nordic bath and sauna.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. For skiers and snowboarders, it’s a dream, with easy access to all the major mountain ranges. What truly made our stay special was the host. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

We had a pleasant stay. The rental has stunning views of the mountains and is close to fabulous hikes including the one leading to Lake Taney (beautiful high-altitude lake). The rental is very well organized and very pleasant. It's a peaceful harbor. Great place to recharge. Access to Lake Geneva is easy. We are close to Montreux, Vevey and Lazaux. The host is great, very pleasant and friendly. I recommend this rental:-)

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

Perfect stay, accommodation as described in perfect condition, very clean and modern, very well-equipped. The location is quiet, peaceful. A big thank you to Francoise and Bernard for their kindness, they are very attentive. We spent a weekend in this superb accommodation ideally located in a beautiful green setting. The flexible arrival was very much appreciated, and the warm welcome by Philippe is to be highlighted! Very functional, charming home, beautiful exterior appreciated by our dog. We can only recommend it and would not hesitate to return if we return to the area.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

We were very comfortable in Marcos José's place. It has a great terrace and the kitchen has everything. Thank you so much for accepting us and for adapting to our schedule.

The accommodation is very well located, quiet, in Prémanon. There is a small convenience store nearby for some shopping. You can also take many walks from the village. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and our stay went very well.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
