House vacation rentals in La Balme-de-Sillingy

Un endroit en pleine campagne, juste magnifique !! Tout est parfait ! Le studio est cosy, très bien agencé avec une vue incroyable ! L’espace bien-être est juste top !!! Détente et repos garantis !! Chantal est une personne tellement douce, accessible et bienveillante … J’ai déjà envie d’y retourner ! Je recommande à 100% +++++++++

Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison a tout ce qui faut et la deco est top. On s'y sent bien... Merci à nos 2 hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et gentils avec nous

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist etwas besonderes. Unser Kinder haben sich sehr über den Pool gefreut und wir Eltern auch.

William, dank voor het gebruik van jouw huis. Wij hebben een zalige tijd gehad, maar dat bleek al uit de extra nacht die wij wilden blijven. Wij genieten nu nog van het huis en de omgeving en morgen, 10:00 uur, zijn wij helaas weg. Zeker een aanrader of reden om terug te komen

Nicolas a été très accueillant en nous permettant d’accéder plus tôt au logement. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont appréciables en cette période estivale. Le lieu possède un charme fou. Attention néanmoins aux voisins qui ne supportent pas le moindre bruit.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! Notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé grâce à Melissa ainsi que son professionnalisme et sa rapidité à nous répondre. Le logement était vraiment très bien situé avec une belle vue, aucun soucis là-dessus et était propre, meilleur que sur les photos. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amies pour un EVJF sur Annecy ! Le logement est trés bien situé et parfaitement adapté pour un groupe de 8 personnes : spacieux, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive. Merci pour cet accueil, nous gardons toutes un super souvenir de ce séjour !

Hartelijk welkom door Florence, snel beschikbaar bij vragen. Je voelt je snel thuis in de mooie lodge waarin alles aanwezig is, zelfs tot (staaf)mixer aan toe! Luxe was ook wasruimte met wasmachine en droger. Uitgebreide set tuinmeubelen. Dikke witte hotelbadlakens en bedden met heerlijke matras. Rolluiken, en auto kan in inpandige garage. Top lodge! Florence nam ook even tijd om ons gedag te zeggen de avond voor vertrek. Erg vriendelijk. Kortom: aanrader!

Armand est vraiment un super hôte! Super accueillant et disponible. Logement très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pied du lac) dans un endroit résidentiel paisible et facile d'accès. Tout était très propre, et la literie vraiment confortable.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, correspond à la description et aux photos, propre et rangé. Endroit très calme! Nous avons adorés le petit côté "chalet" du logement ce qui nous a permis de faire notre choix rapidement. Nous recommandons Encore merci! 🙂

Le séjour dans ce logement était parfait ! Il correspond totalement à la description. Notre arrivée a été parfaite grâce aux descriptions envoyées. Le logement était très propre, près de la voie verte ce qui est un plus, surtout avec les vélos à disposition ! La Clim a également été un gros plus pour notre séjour ! Le logement est complètement insonorisé, nous n’avons rien entendu malgré la route assez passante à côté ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Encore merci !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist alles sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sauber und man hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist optimal. Man erreicht den Lac zu Fuß und mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist man in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Uns hat es rundum sehr gut gefallen!

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Parfait, manque peut-être une petite clim. 😉 Attention, faut aimer les sonneries du clocher de l'eglise très proche.... Communication au top. Allez y les yeux fermés, sauf si vous voulez un silence parfait. Cloches de l'église 2 fois par heure.😊😉
