What a great beach home near a fantastic pristine beach. We loved the beach walks and swimming in the sea and enjoyed the view from the house and the patio. Very relaxing. On arrival we were met by friendly Cecelia, who made sure everything was working well during our stay. Gonzalo was very flexible with checkout times, so we made most of our stay. Thank you 😊

The house is really beautiful, the decor and the layout of the rooms is ideal to enjoy the setting The views are incomparable, the sunrise… the sunset and not to mention the stars at night!!! The beach is a bit “remote” you have to get to a point by van and walk another 5 minutes, but it can be done without much effort! We hope to return soon

The stay in Las Mellis was excellent, total rest, days of beautiful beaches and Sebastian very good host always attentive and friendly, we ate Sebastian fishing shrimp and exquisite crabs, super recommended, we will definitely return, with my dog children who enjoyed as much as we did! Beautiful oceanfront house, good for summer, not so much when it rains, since water comes in through the front window and also through one of the kitchen lights, we had to put a bucket there. It would be good to solve that leakage problem to make the stay perfect.

Perfect for what we were looking for. We were 7 people of various ages (18 to 82 years old) and each was able to enjoy in their own way thanks to all the options the place has and how spacious the house is. The house has many environments that allow you to enjoy it as you like; with large areas to meet and also rooms that allow intimacy. The patio with grill and large table is great for meetings. It is located in an unbeatable area, facing the beach, three blocks from the pedestrian, very nice restaurants and boliches; with boulevard and trails for running and cycling; very close to other beautiful spas to meet, etc.

The view and location are stunning. As others have mentioned, the apartment is even nicer than it looks in the listing, with lots of nice personal touches and multiple different spots to sit and look at that amazing view. There are two fantastic beaches right outside your door--one with bigger waves where you can watch the surfers, and one that's calmer and great for swimming. We hope to come back!

Super quiet place. At first it was hard to find the place but Victoria was very kind and guided us to find it. The beach was just a few steps away from the place. Beautiful beach!!! The photos are accurate. Something to improve would be to protect the vehicle with some kind of roof. It would add points to the place since it did not have a garage and was parked outside the house in the open. Everything else was fantastic, highly recommended!!!

Susana, the host, was always super helpful and friendly. The house is impeccably clean, with everything you need and more, such as chairs and an umbrella for the beach, very comfortable and cool, with attention to detail to spend a few nice days. I'm sorry I didn't have more time, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for future occasions.

The house, the location and the service of both Viviana and Santiago were excellent, always available and at the same time very discreet. The photos perfectly reflect the place, the house is well equipped and everything works perfectly. The view, barbecue and heated pool are wonderful. Really highly recommended. The house is indeed very far away, which provides a lot of peace and contact with nature. A few meters from a beautiful and practically private beach! Jorge always very helpful for all eventualities that we need help. Although the house has solar power, it lasted super well even with not so sunny days, and we were in 6 people! The view from the window of the room looks like a picture of so beautiful!

Carlota was an excellent host!! Before the stay, he sent me a very precise explanation of how to get there, with images and videos, which were very helpful! The setting is amazing and the beach has private access. Beautiful place with an incredible and magical view from the bedroom. We hope to be back soon!!

Great everything, the house is one block from the beach, in a repaired place and with a huge patio. A very good place to get to know La Pedrera.

Our experience in the apartment was extremely satisfying. Starting with the totally central location a few minutes walk to the nearest beach, downtown and supermarket. We rented between three people and were more than comfortable, the house and everything that included was in very good condition. Sofía is a great Host, very friendly, warm and willing for everything. And also always attentive and quick to answer our queries. A fantastic stay that we recommend and would repeat given the opportunity.

A beautiful place to rest by the sea and the countryside. Atlántica is very quiet, the beach is close, the scenery can be enjoyed at all times, at night you can see the clear sky. The accommodation is just like the photos, everything is very practical, what we liked the most was the view from the window and being able to use the stove. Federico was super attentive to everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The listing is completely true to reality, even the kitchen was a little more stocked than we expected. We were 7 people and it was very comfortable for everyone as it has several environments and all comfortable. Daniela and Mariela (property manager in La Paloma) were available for minor inquiries or inconveniences. That the house is facing the sea is priceless and is also meters from a beautiful descent so you can go to the sea walking. As a personal appreciation I want to add that the atmosphere was very welcoming to the whole group. Thank you Daniela and Mariela!

Excellent place, comfortable and everything impeccable. The house had absolutely everything, it was fully equipped. 3 and a half blocks from the beach. The environment is very nice and quiet. The host is very friendly, at the service of any situation, and with quick responses. We'll definitely be back.

The house is organized, very clean and well located (if you have a car). The bedrooms have great views and the kitchen is equipped and clean. Mada and Martín are great hosts, very friendly, kind and helpful! Hosting was great! We recommend it!
