Vacation rentals with a patio in La Altagracia Province

Everything was super and comfortable

We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

Everything was excellent, the communication, the check-in and the place is exactly as shown in the photos. Just keep in mind that at the end of the stay you have to pay for the electricity used.

Moises was available at all times. Available to help. The place is near a pharmacy, supermarket and a quiet place.

Excellent place and host! Asael helped me on several occasions and was always available to help and answer any questions. He is both empathetic and professional. As for the apartment and residential area, it is central, comfortable, quiet and organized. I recommend it and would return to this home again.

We stayed 3 nights in Arturo's apartment. It's a spacious and very beautiful place. We fell in love with the patio and the great view. It is located within walking distance of Dominicus beach. Both Arturo and his mother helped us with everything we needed. They are very good people who will do everything in their power to make your vacation perfect. On our return to Dominicus we will definitely stay in Arturo's apartment again. Thank you very much for everything

One of the nicest listings inside Cap Cana. Clean, comfortable apartment with a great balcony and every amenity a guest might need. Nikolas was very nice and responsive.

Great place, great host, great stay. Lisandro was very helpful from booking till end of trip. he always answered my many questions and made the experience seamless. property was beautiful, great location and very clean. we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

Lovely little bungalow with friendly responsive host. Restaurants and day trip activities within 5 minutes walk and access to the main beach. It is worth hiring a bicycle to access more beaches or diving spot.

I booked on the same day. Now customer service as a host, best I’ve had. At the airport Jaay sent me recommendations on ATV, boat party, beach excursions, and restaurants. He helped me get two days fully booked. Recommended getting some atvs and enjoying some fun on a boat. He can help with transportation. Checking in was extremely easy, key lock and then code to the door. The best part you feel safe. You have a guard, then to enter your street you have your own gate that’s share with like 10 houses. Amazing house with plenty of space. Since we booked the same day, Jaay had someone come clean the pool while we went to get lunch. During our stay we had a few personal situations and since Jaays the only person I know, I ask him for help. It didn’t matter the time he would reply quickly. The best part of the house is the location. It’s close to everything! The main street where Drink Point is only 4 mins away. What more you want? You have a pool and prime location. I’ll definitely be back

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

We had a great stay with Larissa who was waiting for us with her husband at 1am! A very warm welcome! We really appreciated having the feeling of being welcomed by friends. The house is very comfortable and was very very clean. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops of nd restaurant. No noise in the evening from the street despite the proximity of the shops! I highly recommend this place! We left at 2:30 in the morning and Larissa and her husband came to say goodbye to us. Very, very professional. Thank you Larissa ❤️❤️❤️

Felix Place exceeded expectations for our trip stay . A great place to stay with family . Enjoy his property natural garden , pool and his beautiful home in general . Private gated property with security and quite and close to shops , malls and restaurants Very clean home and very responsive host . I highly recommend his place and would stay here again definitely.

The home was wonderful and just off the main highway and close to downtown and driving distance to the beach, next to Vista Cana. The place is in a new development so there is still construction but not too much noise. it's gates and safe for women or solo travelers. The host was really responsive and provided local recommendations. The plunge pool was great for hot afternoons. You just have to be mindful when using the electricity for conservation. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a wonderful week stay! From the moment we booked, Andry and Fernando were very responsive and friendly. I appreciated the flexibility with checking in sooner especially traveling all day with little kids. The apartment is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything you need to close by - markets, pharmacy, restaurants. We felt very safe and the security at this complex is fantastic. We have stayed at resorts in Punta Cana before, but both my husband and I agreed this was so much better. If you are looking for a more authentic experience, while also having the same comforts and luxuries I highly recommend booking through Andry & Fernando. We can’t wait to come back :)

A very cute place close to the beach, definitely highly recommended.

Julio was very accommodating! For instance, we wanted to Kayak, but at the complex you have to bring your own - he went out of his way to ask a friend if we could borrow theirs. The unit itself is spacious and right next to the pool, with the beach within a 2-3 minute walk. We have already been to Cadaques, but we will definitely come back to Julio's unit. The local village is a couple miles away, but not an easy walk - there are also not many Ubers in town - if you can contact a driver when you're in town, you can give them a call to help you move around. The grocery store there is fully stocked, and there are some cute restaurants / bars there

The apartment is in a good location, and they are very concerned about making your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is super clean and very nicely decorated. I recommend it

Nice play to stay, very clean and the water provided was plus. The complex is gorgeous and footsteps from the beach. Would definitely stay again when I visit Punta Cana

Anthony, Mariam, and their team are dedicated to making the stay at their Airbnb a great experience. They are all warm and welcoming, very quick to respond to any questions and always happy to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. The Serena Village security team is efficient and friendly, and I felt very safe on the beautiful property. There is a little convenience store just outside the rear entrance to Serena Village that you can easily walk to or order delivery from. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator and a lovely view of trees and a swimming pool. I loved opening up the windows and the sliding door to the charming balcony to get a wonderful breeze. The kitchen even had some spices to make cooking easier, along with some Dominican coffee! The wifi was great and I was able to work seamlessly and relax afterwards. I stayed for a month working remotely on a certification course and it was the ideal place to work and study!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

The place is great for people who are looking for peaceful, clean, safe spot with all amenities to their disposal. It is a good place for all age groups. The team who I was in touch with have responded fairly quickly for my questions. However, some were not answered for but it did not have an effect on our stay. Since there is an additional fee for the usage of electricity in the unit, you need to calculate that into your fee per day. The electricity charges in advance are understandable, however we were not presented with meter readouts on a way in and out. And I think it should be a must. The agreement was stating that if our usage is below the amount we have paid we should be refunded some money.
