We had a great stay at Marie's place. she is very attentive and made sure everything was great. would stay again.

Everything was excellent, the communication, the check-in and the place is exactly as shown in the photos. Just keep in mind that at the end of the stay you have to pay for the electricity used.

This is our third month of a long-term stay in this home. We still love it here! The only issue we've had since our last review is that the washing machine broke. They sent a technician in a timely matter. The part had to be ordered, so it has not been fixed yet. However, they are paying for our laundry to be picked up and returned by a cleaner in the area until our machine is able to be repaired. Tip 5 - Contact Antonio with Rent-a-Car VJAN through WhatsAp if you need to rent a car. He is super helpful and accommodating. The store front is about 5 minutes from the apartment. He will deliver and pick up the car. After our first rental, he no longer charged us the $200 deposit. Although they don't typically do one-day rentals, he allows us to if he has a vehicle available. Tip 6 - You can use an app called ResortPass to book daily passes at resorts with all-inclusive meals & amenities. We do not recommend Iberostar Waves as we had a terrible experience with their customer service.

Demetria's place is a perfect place to stay for enjoying Dominucus. The apartment is basic but comfortable and has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which is hard to find. The location in the complex was ideal because it is quiet...not overlooking the pool or the parking lot. The pool area is lovely. Demetria was very quick to answer any questions. Overall this is a great value, and we hope to be back.

This property is DR paradise!!! The staff Luz, Altagracia and Bernardo go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect (they are the nicest people). My top priorities are safety and cleanliness which were 100%. The beachfront makes this an excellent location. And also There's restaurants, activities, and shops just steps away.

Barbara was very attentive, she gave us important recommendations of the area, maps and the apartment is located in a very quiet area, our stay was comfortable and had accessories that were not published that are pleasant to have them. I would recommend it perfectly.

Marnic was the best Air Bnb host that I've ever had. He was super responsive, he held great conversation, and his recommendations were invaluable during the time that I was in Punta Cana. The Air Bnb is centrally located within a residential neighborhood which is an easy walk from several restaurants and businesses. As a helpful tip, when I booked my tours and excursions, I had them pick me up at "Hotel Marimba Punta Cana" which was a nine minute walk up the hill. It was super accessible from the Air Bnb. When I first arrived, my taxi driver unfortunately dropped me off at the wrong location. Marnic was so caring and proactive that he picked me up right away! The Air Bnb was super clean, centrally located, and the host Marnic goes above and beyond to make the stay great. Don't hesitate, just book!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, impeccable, located in a very quiet, nice complex with very nice and large pools. The location is good, it does not have direct access to the beach but walking a few minutes you have access to very nice beaches. The host was very friendly, attentive and always ready to help and resolve any concerns. Highly recommended!!

Excellent property, very comfortable and nice, you feel at home. Yara is an excellent host, always attentive and responsive. 100% recommended.

I had an extended 5 month stay. The walk to the beach took me ( an older guy with a bum leg) walking slow under 7 min. The path is level and private for just a neighborhood of condos / apartments so very safe and relaxing stroll. Drops you out directly onto the beach with gorgeous sand as far as you can see in each direction. The beach “ patrol “ cleans up an sargasum seaweed that rolls in overnight so the beach looks great and is easy to walk on. Scott’s apartment is a joy with A/C in the bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. Being able to use the washer allowed me to bring fewer items. Scott’s response was immediate to the 1 issue I ran into over 5 months. And within 1/2 hr it was fixed. I couldn’t have been more happy with Scott and his lovely Punta Cana Apartments !!

Excellent place, everything was very clean and tidy, I had everything you need for a pleasant stay, Yairen was very kind, always attentive to our stay, something excellent is that it allowed us to do the check up earlier, and gave us clear instructions. The residential is very nice and quiet. The location super easy to get to. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

Nice place to stay. Close to the beach and the town of Bayahibe. Place was as describe, clean a neat.Pool was very good too.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable, the ease of the kitchen and the BBQ are very good, I loved this accommodation, the jacuzzi is phenomenal. Amazing, I would stay here many more times.

Excellent place, it matches the photos and the co-host was always on the lookout, without requesting anything on my own initiative they took me a water bottle. It was accessible at my check-in time and that gave an additional plus.

My stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The manager was fantastic very helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. The property was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, if not better. The service was impeccable, and I felt truly cared for the entire time. If you’re planning to explore the area or get around the property with ease, I recommend renting a car or hiring a caddy. Also, be sure to stock up on snacks and drinks for convenience during your stay. This place exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Punta Cana!

Top place to stay! Photos don’t do justice to how beautiful this place is. We were welcomed by the very friendly Mery, and hosted bi Gianmarco, who was always very responsive. The location is amazing, walkable distance to altos de chavón. The area is beautiful, in my opinion, even better than what I can appreciate in the pictures. The apartment was homy, fresh, great pool, very quiet and with a great parking spot. I can only recommend this place, it was a great experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

One of the nicest listings inside Cap Cana. Clean, comfortable apartment with a great balcony and every amenity a guest might need. Nikolas was very nice and responsive.

Great location and facilities, we were able to rest and relax to get back recharged. Let's miss that spectacular view of the pool and beach from the room and the beautiful sunsets. The place looks even better in person. the penthouse is huge. Everything is brand new. Decoration, everything was 5 stars... highly recommended
