This is value for money, highly recommended for up to 4 pax. Host Kaze san had been very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While the flat is accessible to Higashi Ojima station (Shinjuku line), it was quite a walk. Overall, we had a good time! thank you Kaze san. til our next visit.

Great place to stay not too far out of main Tokyo, very helpful with any questions and instructions for finding the place. Kameido Station 10-15 minute walk very handy, plus Lawson and 7-11 very close by. Would definitely stay again

Miyako was such an awesome host. She was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and went out of her way to provide local recommendations. The place itself was great. It is located in a peaceful part of the city and the check-in process was super easy. The room we stayed in was on the 6th floor but there is an elevator you can take to go up and down. The place was very spacious for a group of four. Everything was clean from the bedroom linens to the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and living room area. There are 4 queen-sized beds in one big room. The Emma mattresses were super comfy and let us sleep really well after getting tired from a long day of exploring the city. The place also came complete with toiletries, towels, and extra towels. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay in Koto City.

I booked it last minute for a business trip, but the space was very clean and comfortable, just like the photos of the interior. There was a desk and chair, and I was able to work on the computer smoothly.It is also a few minutes' walk from the station, so it is easy to get around, and the neighborhood is quiet, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.Recommended♪
