Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

Kalliopi was super nice and friendly. We felt like home from the first moment. The house is clean and very nice with all the amenities somebody might need. Cannot wait to come back!

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. Excellent stay at the villa which definitively offers a view to cut the puff on Serifos and the other islands. Alexis is an excellent host who is very responsive, and has given us many valuable tips with his very nice guest book in the house. I would recommend this villa without a problem 😊

Psathi is even more beautiful than the photos! Lovely made, this traditional house has all that you need and is very comfortable. Antigone is very sweet and friendly! The location is amazing, 4 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes, and at the same time remains peaceful. We will for sure visit again! Kythnos is a beautiful island! Thank you!

The house is in an absolute dream location with direct access to the water. Perfect to enjoy morning coffee right on the water after a morning swim 🌊🔆 There are a few steps leading to the accommodation (the car is parked on the street above). The amenities are good (incl. shampoo, coffee capsules, salt and pepper, enough towels, etc.) The air conditioning works perfectly (in the living room and in the bedroom). The windows all have fly screens ☺️ A small supermarket is within walking distance, as are a few nice restaurants. George absolutely fantastic, such a lovely, funny, accommodating person. The greatest host we've ever had on our travels. He was always available via messages, brought us a little something as a welcome gift and even got us gifts for goodbye and said goodbye to us with very warm, authentic words ❤️ We want to thank you for the nice, relaxing time in the house. We felt very welcome 🦋

Very easy access from the free parking. The house was very tidy and fully equipped. The space is quite small but just right for two people and a few days.

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. Marina, our host, was very friendly and a good communicator - especially so in English. The room we had was perfect and just as described. It was a 1 minute walk down into the town and the beach where we had plenty of options to eat and relax. The ferry arrival is just around the corner - maybe a 3 minute walk which was excellent for us. Couldn’t be better! Perfect place.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Friendly host, discreet,informative very clean and well-maintained room that was as it looked and close to all the shops of the village! We had a great time and we will definitely reevaluate the stay on our future visit to Kythnos!

Evangelia is a lovely host, full of attention to her tenants, speaking English and French. The apartment was very clean, the bedding very good. The rental is well located in a quiet area, public parking in front, restaurants and harbor 5 min walk. ideal for two (only the room is air-conditioned) not 2 extra beds are offered in the main room. Would definitely stay as a couple again.

Mr. Michalis and his wife Mrs. Chryssa were very kind, they kept asking us if we needed anything extra and asked it from the heart. Two very hospitable people. The room was even more beautiful in person, very well cared for, made with passion. We immediately felt like home. We highly recommend it. Thank you for such a beautiful hospitality - stay.

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Wow! Staying at vivi’s place was so idyllic. The flat has everything you need and even a little private patio. Vivi was so lovely and welcoming and gave us loads of tips and useful information like bus timetables. The location is a couple of minutes walk into steno (the Main Street in appollonia) and close to all the bus and hiking routes. Perfect, peaceful and amazingly good value. Plus we loved the gifts at the end :)

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

We so enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location with a beautiful sea view. Kristos the care taker acts as a super host and ensured that we were comfortable, cared for and was extremely generous which made our stay a memorable experience!

FIVE CLEAN THE STUDIO OF GEORGIA. IT IS BUILT FOR A BEAUTIFUL STUDIO IN THE HEART OF THE COUNTRY..CLOSE TO BARS SHOPS AND TRANSPORTATION. AND BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL, SHE HAD GIVEN US ALL THE INFORMATION WE WANTED.. I RECOMMEND IT UNRESERVEDLY...

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!

Very good location and the accommodation was just as it was described in picture and text, wonderful views of Livadi and surroundings and easy to get to all the restaurants and to the bakery on foot
