The house itself is a work of art with its chic, minimalist design 🖤, creating a space that feels modern yet welcoming. The lush orchard and enchanting garden 🌿🍋, filled with fragrant herbs and blossoming bushes, made it a peaceful retreat – truly a feast for the senses. It was from this vacation that we all really enjoyed the house, it's really great. The terrace, the balconies with a view and the garden for our mornings and evenings will be unforgettable. The space inside is very nice, like the photos, functional air conditioners in all rooms and nothing was missing from the kitchen. The location is very good, it is very quiet but in 3 minutes walk you are on small, beautiful beaches that we spent all day, and in nice restaurants. For a supermarket, it needs a car but it's very close! Our hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely time at Markos's place. The pictures did not do the place justice - it was really pretty and super clean. We would definitely book this place again!

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

Claude and Marianne's place is perfect. It is comfortable, it is well furnished, and it has one of the most beautiful views in the world from the balcony: the harbor of Pylos, whose water glistens in the sun. Claude and Marianne are friendly and helpful.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

Zhenya is a very nice and attentive host. The apartment was very nice and tidy, with a great view of the surrounding neighborhood (and mountains!), and was very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!

This was quite a magical stay. Especially with a family the apartment provided everything that one would need and more. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. Always ready to help and give suggestions. The property is taken care of with plenty to do for kids of all ages. It was truly a stay in paradise.

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

Everything was great at Mrs. Kalliopi's place, she had everything one needs for their stay, and more. I would definitely visit it again for a stay in the city of Kalamata!

A spacious city apartment for a maximum of 6 people, which is actually lived in again and again. Large parking lot nearby. Fantastic view from the elongated, but rather narrow balcony over the harbor bustle and the bay. 300 m to the city beach, 200 m to the magnificent central square of the small town. Two bedrooms go to the back and are very quiet. Great communication with the owner. Immediate response to our requests. Generous welcome gifts, plus bread, milk, water, jam for us in the fridge. A wonderful vacation region with many excursion possibilities with Pylos as a perfect starting point and very good range of shops and restaurants. Great, lasting memories!

The apartment was very beautiful and spotless clean. The apartment was super modern and beautiful. We stayed for 11 days and would definetely choose the very same apartment again, should we return next year. The owner responded promptly and friendly in all hours. The two balcons were nice and useful eg for drying laundry and beach towels and spending time.

Nadia and Alkis were amazing, helpful and welcoming hosts! The flat was super spacious, amazingly clean and very well equipped. The shower was so nice and hot and the balcony views of cats and birds were greatly appreciated by my toddler. Would 100% recommend.

The finest apartment we've ever stayed in, we met at Christmas time with very cold, but the apartment was too warm, with more amenities than you could imagine… If there is anything negative, it is the morning awakening from the church bells next door in case of celebration. If we visit Tripoli again we will definitely prefer it.

Maria is a responsive host who does not hesitate to give recommendations for activities. The place is comfortable with everything that is useful for the comfort of guests (hair dryer, cleaning products...). The place is perfect for a family, close to the sea to have fun before going to visit the surrounding area. A lot of interesting sights around. Thank you to Maria for kindness.
