The Mowhay (work from home with WiFi)

PhoebeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place was so peaceful and quiet but close to amenities. The bed in particular was so comfortable, something I find hard to find at Airbnb’s! Claire and her husband were such lovely hosts and even gave us some free home grown eggs for breakfast. Plus lots of local recommendations. The local is good for seeing both the north and south coast. Easy to get the train too if you don’t fancy driving. 100% would come back and recommend the others too!

Unique, light and beautifully cosy cottage

MattRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely cottage in a stunning location. Excellent hosting, nice welcome treat (thanks!). The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, we catered in and didn't eat out at all. The lounge is comfortable but sadly the weather was far too warm to justify lighting the log burner! Wifi was great, we streamed a film one evening without issue. The location is incredible, loads of walks directly from the door, including up to castle ruins just at the top of the hill. To be able to stomp up the hill to the prehistoric stones and watch the sun set over the sea, then stroll back down at dusk to sit in the hot tub and watch the stars come out, was truly magical.

Stunning barn conversion with sea view and hot tub

Lillie-MaeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wow! What an incredible 6 days we had staying at Nicola’s place. It was for my partners 21st birthday and Nicola put up banners and balloons which was lovely of her. We both had the best time, it was both of our first time in Cornwall and we explored so much in the time we was there. Boscastle is an amazing place to stay as St Ives was just over an hour away, Marazion was an hour away, Newquay just under an hour. Even the local beaches and exploring Boscastle was so much fun. It really was a great location, the views, the sunsets/ sunrises everything truly was amazing and we will 100% be back in the future. Thank you so much for having us and as I say we thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Cornwall.

The Hobbit Hole Dogs Welcome! Fast WiFi. Hot Tub

RebeccaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
A really homely cottage. Perfect for a few days getaway. Unfortunately it rained on our break so ended up stuck inside. It would have been nice to have sat outside more! Overall it has what it says on the tin. Don't go here if you are expecting all mod cons and a pristine home. It's just somewhere cosy to get away from it all, with friendly owners and lots of privacy.

St Agnes coastal cottage, hot tub by beach & pubs

CharlotteRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This place was such a great find! We’ve just got back from the most perfect week away. We originally only booked for 4 nights but we extended our stay as we were having such a wonderful time. The place is just lovely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our welcoming gifts too. Kate and Simon are brilliant hosts and were extremely easy to contact. St Agnes is a beautiful location with some superb coastal walks. There’s also plenty of places to go out for food and drink. The beach is stunning also. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering it (just book it!). Thanks again for a brilliant stay Kate and Simon!

Gardeners Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

LisaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at Gardeners Cottage which was clean, warm and cosy. A very comfortable bed with fresh linen and towels. Set in very peaceful surroundings and my grandson loved visiting the chickens. The cottage contained everything that was needed for a comfortable stay including dishwasher and washing machine. We didn’t have the best weather during our stay so it was lovely to come back to the cottage which was warm and cosy to relax in. Being Dog friendly was the icing on the cake A lovely time was had by all

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location and a short drive from great beaches. We especially liked the nearby community farm shop for food and drink and we did some great local hikes including along the coast path, which runs very nearby. Cottage very clean and comfortable; we had everything we needed and communication from Holly and Anne was fantastic.

The Old Dairy, “a unique, romantic retreat”

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
An absolutely beautiful cottage in an idyllic location. The cottage was well appointed and had everything we needed. A cosy bedroom with a clever hidden kitchen. The bathroom was much larger than we expected and the shower was excellent. The star of the show is undoubtedly the outside space - the garden is a private and peaceful area, well laid out and adorned with pretty wildflowers. The outside copper bath is large and luxurious, a relaxing spot to watch the sunset (and cows!). We’d definitely recommend the cottage to anyone. Beautiful inside and out.

Wisteria Cottage

DarrenRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Lovely cottage crammed with period features and charm. Fabulous host, really attentive and communicated pro actively. The location made it, you step out of the garden onto the Chappel Valley path which follows the steam, that flows through your garden, down to Chappel Porth Cove which is amazing. If the Cove looks like nothing special then it's high tide, when the tide goes out its miles of golden sand and hidden caves, stunning. Lovely coastal walk to StAgnes which is a lovely place to explore, so many lovely places to eat. The dressed crab at the Tap House is amazing. Arrival was lovely, Laura had left us a locally sourced cream tea, local teas and coffees, fresh flowers, even shampoos for our dog, so thoughtful. We absolutely loved our stay thank you

A lovely, quirky place in a great location - I don’t think you could get a better location in Mousehole. The relationship with the Children’s book’The Mousehole Cat’ gives it an exceptional history. Cozy, Quaint Cottage in St Ives, with parking : )

MandyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Absolutely loved my stay at Jayce and Hannah’s cottage. I booked it for a week on my own: and it felt like a home away from home. Tucked away at the most cosy courtyard, the only thing you hear are birds, the wind and horses. The cottage was perfect: extremely clean (it smelled lovely!), fully equipped (washing machine 🤝), and a very comfortable bed. When you peek out the bedroom window you get a glimpse of the Atlantic ocean 🩷. I did mostly hikes at the south west coast path and it’s a perfect get away. Within proper walking distance of the local Tesco and St Ives (also a beautiful little walk in itself). Public transport works great and nearby. Appreciated the rapid communication a lot and are already looking forward to come back and bring loved ones to share this gem of a place. Thank you so much to Jayce and Hannah, this place really did me well☺️.

Cliff Cottage, steps from the beach in Cadgwith.

JoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What an absolutely beautiful and characterful cottage in the heart of Cadgwith. Incredibly cosy and inviting, we loved everything about it and had everything we needed. We fitted a lot into five nights: refreshing swims in Cadgwith bay, Housel, Kynance and Lankidden Cove; walking the coastal path from Cadgwith to lizard point and back, and also the short circular walk the other way through Poltesco. Food at the Cadgwith cove inn was delicious and we loved the folk singers on Tuesday evening and sea shanties on Friday. We also enjoyed fresh crab from the crab shack and lunch at the old cellars. It was so peaceful sitting in the cove with a cup of tea in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! Thank you.

Romantic Bolthole for Two. Charming Bijou Cottage.

JoRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely 4 night stay in the cottage . It is well positioned and slightly away from the main bustle and noise in Mousehole . Although you can not park directly in front of the cottage you can bag drop . The cottage was spotless and very well equipped. The rooms are spread on 3 floors so be mindfull of steep stairs but that is explained . A very good place to stay and would highly recommend this place .

Blue Feathers gave us a place to unwind and feel at home. A much needed break after a tough start to the year. Have stayed at one of Chris's properties before so knew that it would be just the place we were looking for and that Chris would be on hand if we needed any assistance. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

The Apple Loft - perfect for a Cornish escape

HelenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a really lovely stay at Apple loft, Alison was so friendly and great with communication. She added lots of personal touches, which was greatly appreciated. We brought our 6 month old and there was plenty of space around the bed for a travel cot, and Alison supplied a high chair. Alison sent her recommended places in the local area before we arrived, which was really helpful. We’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting the local area x
