Sopii hyvin myös hääyön tai muun merkkipäivän juhlistamiseen. Huone on nimetty talon edellisen emännän Anita Borup-Nordenswanin mukaan. Anita muutti Soiniittyyn 50-luvulla, perusti Henrikin kanssa perheen ja ryhtyi emännäksi maata viljelemään. Huoneesta löytyvä hääpuku on Anitan ja 1920-luvun hääkengät Anitan Ebba-äidin.

Vanhassa kivitalossa sijaitseva asunto on jykevien seinien ansiosta hiljainen, ja sijaitsee länsipuolella taloa. Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa tai satamassa sijaitsevalla pysäköintialueella, jossa myös sähköautojen latauspiste.

Kotkan keskustaan on noin 13km ja Karhulaan noin 3km. Asunto on remontoitu mahdollisimman alkuperäiseen asuun, ja se on kalustettu kiertotalousperiaatteella pääosin Aaltojen suunnittelemilla huonekaluilla.
