The apartment is a cozy compact one-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area about a ten-minute walk from the center of Kouvola. The bedroom has a double bed and the sofa bed in the living room has space for two guests. The apartment's open kitchen is well-equipped and is perfect for longer stays. The apartment has a sauna and a glazed furnished balcony that is comfortable to cool off after the sauna. There's room for free parking along the street.

Guests will have privacy in a separate house beside our main house. The house has a large bedroom with airconditioning, a kitchenette, a private toilet, an electric sauna and a shower room. The apartment is located in a small house with private entrance opposite to our own house. No nextdoor neighbours. One double bed (width 160 cm) or two separate beds (width 80cm) and possibility for an extra bed on a sofa bed (width 100cm).

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.
