A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior.
