Vacation rentals with beach access in Kwale County

We had a joyful stay. Will come back definitely.

A great place with a surprisingly large balcony that we really enjoyed at night. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. And finally the location - it's easy to get around from there and it's not far from places you might want to go to. A place I would return to.

The place is great 😃.the location is easy to find on Google maps. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Fred(the caretaker I think) helped us with check in and gave a brief house tour. It's right next to the reefy beach. It's near all the necessary amenities.(Restaurant, chemist, liquor store, supermarket etc) The place felt secure with the guard at the entrance and at the pool area. We really enjoyed our short stay. It's worth every coin. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Priscilla’s place. The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with was quick and easy. The location was a walking distance from the beach which was quite convenient. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Lydia's place for 5 days with my family.Lydia's place exceeded my expectations! the welcome was good, she responds very fast to her clients. the place is neatly kept! ever clean. and ofcoz a cake surprise on our last day was lovely! I recommend her to anyone travelling to Mombasa.

Not much to add to my previous reviews. My favourite place at Cowrie Shell. 100% recommend.

The host was very clear and co-operative. We reported a broken toilet seat and it was attended to swiftly. Safe and upmarket hood right close to the beach, shopping centres and restaurants. All was very good and we will not hesitate to recommend this place to our friends. Great stay!

We have already stayed with Anina in this beautiful house for the second time and everything was perfect as the first time. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this gem of a house, garden and pool. Greetings from Switzerland... :-)

Anisa is a responsible and friendly host, and the cottage is a lot bigger than the pictures show. there's also a lot of thought put into the space, that is lacking in other Airbnbs in the area. All the added small touches make the space feel like your own home, and the unit is quietly tucked away from the main road. The only thing that may not be obvious from the listing, is that the cottage is located along the main road, and is not a beach front property as the pin on AirBnB suggests. Regardless, wished I could have stayed here longer

The pictures of the house don’t do it justice , the house is a work of art, extremely comfortable and well designed. We enjoyed everything about this place and the staff are lovely and accommodating. We would stay here again and again.

The Bohemia house is a stunning house with amazing staff. Chef Rama was an amazing cook and Brenda was super helpful with anything we needed. The house itself was stunning and just 5 mins from the beach. Everything was exactly as shown on Airbnb and we loved our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay. One of it’s kind. Worth every penny. Ken, our cook, prepared nothing but a variety of delicious meals. Josephine, the adorable, is a very unique lady with a heart of gold. Rachelle, the manager, made our stay very remarkable. As far as the guards, they went above and beyond at making sure we were safe and well cared for. This place is s gem, and if accepted back, we will definitely visit again. If ever up for sale, please let us know. My family would love to call that property home. Thank you so much for such great experience.

It’s 2 bedrooms apartment with comfortable beds. It’s very clean apartment and couple minutes a way from the beach. It’s has all the amenities I could as for such as utensils to cook and high speed internet. I’ll recommend anyone to rent. Thank you Maithya.

Aly was a wonderful host for a trip with my friends. The listing looked just like the photos and the view was even better in person. One of our group unfortunately fell ill and Aly was quick to give us a recommendation for a nearby hospital. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice spot in Mombasa.

The pictures on the app are exactly the same,well maintained, neat ..It's a place worth spending your holiday...you can easily access the mall, different places in Nyali...My family loved the place...it's a to go home anytime am in Mombasa.

The only host that I have come across who actually calls you to welcome you. very responsive to any query. Asks for Feedback. the place is excellent very well kept and quiet. clean. fast internet good TV. what more would you want? looking forward to my next stay.

The apartment is completely as described in the listing. The staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and the loungers are great (unfortunately there was no explanation as to which loungers belong to the apartment). The neighbors (almost all foreign permanent tenants) attach great importance to rules and peace. Therefore, not highly recommended for traveling with children. Otherwise great place and great host. This was my second stay. Fantastic host and house keeper. They agreed to source and deliver bouquets of roses to my girlfriends suprise when we check in. This was organised whilst I was in the UK so the surprise was seamless. I'm grateful as you made our stay even more memorable. We'll be back next year.
