What a beautiful place to spend a week away with family. This beautiful home with its glorious garden and pristine views was the perfect place to chill, bond and spend time together. The cherry on top was Tim’s fantastic staff including chef Elijah, whose food we miss already! The whole team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible including helping organise transfers, tours and a Christmas BBQ at home. I will 100% be back to this exact place.

A huge thank you to Christine and her team at the Swimming Ostrich. A really beautiful place - very clean, orderly, Green and private. My 5 year old enjoyed the pool which is well maintained and cleaned daily. The caretaker Phidellis, cleaner Mariam and the taxi driver Maurice are so kind and helpful. I loved the house, orderly, clean, rules are clear and the Beds are sooo cosy. My family and I had a great time!

We had a lovely stay at Pumzika-Tu. The house is completely stunning and the views are to die for. Staff was accommodating and informative. Rooms were comfortable and well presented. The swimming pool was clean and had lovely views over the park. The children had a fantastic time exploring the grounds on the house. Decor was lovely and felt like you had been transported to a different era in a very good way. Thank you for the team for making us stay so memorable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s Cottage! The property was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos, if not better in person. Irene, Renson, and Hasina, the staff at the cottage, were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The cottage offered a great level of privacy, which was especially appreciated by us as a Muslim family. It felt peaceful, safe, and secluded in the best way. While the beach is about a 20 minute walk away, tuk-tuks are readily available and made getting there quick and easy. This was only a very minor consideration in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, we highly recommend this place, especially for the value it offers. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a great time in this beautiful villa. Kate, the property manager was very responsive. We had a garden wedding that only included our friends who were all staying at the house which was wonderful. The house chef did a fantastic job putting the wedding reception meal together. The gardner made an archway out of palm fronds. Dominique sent roses to my bride. All in all, we spent 5 days at the property and enjoyed the spacious house, the pool and the multiple very comfortable dining and seating options. In the evenings we headed to the main strip for entertainment which is about an 8 minute drive to get to most places. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here, so peaceful and in a great location so close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants to eat at, we enjoyed The Salty Squid & Kokko. Juliana the house manager was great and really responsive and helpful with all requests. Will be staying here again when we return to Kenya. Thank you ☺️

The villa is large and beautifully built and decorated. Looks exactly like the pictures. Thomas was extremely accommodating of us - a larger than average group and we had the most wonderful time. Thank you for accommodating some of our more particular requirements. It made the space that much more enjoyable. The chef’s team Duncan, Brighton and Morgan were amazing - every meal was delicious. Grace and the housekeeping team kept the place meticulous. Overall one of my favourite holiday spaces so far!

Absolutely beautiful! Location is perfect. The house is stunning, with plenty of space for large groups, a lovely pool and breathtaking view. The staff were amazing and took great care of us. An unforgettable holiday!

Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. There are 2 separate houses in one compound. Connected by a private drive that is patroled and manned by security. Full house staff included minus the chef. Jacinda was able to set us up with a chef and staff to help prepare meals for our large group of 16. We rented both homes which worked great for our large family. The beach is pristine and has plenty to do with camel rides and kiteboarding right in front of the house. I would highly recommend this property.

I can’t recommend this house enough! We came to Diani for my mom’s 50th birthday and we were not disappointed! Our booking was confirmed directly and from that moment on it was smooth sailing and fantastic communication from all parties. On arrival they had provided a bouquet of roses along with a card for my mother’s birthday which was a lovely gesture, deeply appreciated. The house comes with a lovely cleaner who change all the towels and beddings every 2days as well as a gate keeper during the night. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a safe, private, spacious and homey atmosphere close to everything with a lovely host and staff to match. We all loved it! Ps: look out for the cute little morning moneys, they may be adorable but they’re also thieves. 😂

We stayed in Diani over New Years Eve (5 days) and it was fantastic. Joris is a great host, always helpful, replies very quickly and has lots of helpful recommendations for logistics (organized and pick-up from Mombasa airport) and Diani itself! The house was great as well, we were a group of nine adults and it was comfortable enough that everyone had their own space. The staff (chef, maid and house manager) are all extremely kind and considerate. We had a few food allergies in our group and the chef made sure to cook according to our needs. I can really recommend to ask him to cook local food, as it allows you to dive into Kenian cuisine. Overall we had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you very much to the host and staff!

A haven of peace and a taste of paradise. Extraordinary luxurious Villa with all possible amenities you would dream off on the coast. We spent 5 days on a family trip : 4 adults and 3 teens. The experience has been unique to each of us and far above all expectations. The house manager Juma(J) is an exceptional leader native of Tiwi. Everything has a way forward with him. He knows what matters in Diani, has the right contact for the right answer,can book tables in the best restaurants and can negotiate the best safaris or islands visit. At the house you can book for yoga courses or massage. J is a highly trustable person. The chef we affectively called Baba was serving the finest Italian and Swahili cuisine. We took the opportunity of being at the coast to eat seafood freshly delivered by the fisherman (lobster, crabs, calamari, red snappers, octopus, jumbo prawns,...) The pool is certainly the best and largest private pool I've seen in the region and the sun is on the pool side the whole day. We were having some late night's swim and the water was still warm. Direct view to the river and the ocean but it will take you 5-10mn walk to the beach as you have to go around the house and along the river (tiwi side). For sure Shani is one of the best house for a Diani stay and by far the best value you can get for a 5 star service. A real hidden paradise I'm happy we've discovered. We will definitely come back. Exceptional stay and experience at Villa Tumbili!! The home is immaculate, well equipped, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, and the grounds are gorgeous. Working with Linda is a joy! She is extremely hospitable and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay beautiful. Our ONLY complaint at all, was the cat who has made itself at home at the villa. It was a surprise to us and we had someone with a cat allergy in our group. However, Linda was very active in response and has taken measures to remove it. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to making this our go to home in Diani!!

We had a lovely stay at this BnB. Although we experienced some challenges with transport, as it was quite expensive getting to and from the location, Nick and Aline went out of their way to assist which we appreciated .The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nick and Aline were especially attentive and made sure our needs were met. Would recommend, especially if you're looking for a peaceful and well-hosted experience.

The home was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and perfect for a family getaway and to top it all it was just a 5mins walk to the beach ⛱️. What truly made our stay special was the people. George and Saa, the staff, were warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. And Mary, the host, was simply wonderful—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She made sure our experience was perfect from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly retreat on the Kenyan coast! Faith
