The house also has a balcony and terrace. There is a road all the way up. The house has recently been partially renovated. There is no internet, but TV with the possibility to watch movies on BlueRay. Available by ferry from Sydnes and Utbjoa. Car is recommended. Husnes and Stord are the nearest city centers. There is a speedboat from Bergen, with a change in Leirvik.

Great hiking areas right outside the door, about 500 to the beach. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented. 14 ft boat with 9.9 hp engine can be rented.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Grocery shop located one km away. The local marina is two km away. The fjord and a nice bay for swimming is only a few minutes away. There are a lot of nice hiking paths in the area. Dogs are welcome, but remember that they are required to be on a leash. There are grazing sheep in the area.

Quiet and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city center. There is a shop-restaurant/pub and a great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically located close to the lake. Canoe can be borrowed and the fishing opportunities are good. The boat in the pictures can be used. We also have some bikes that can be borrowed.
