We had a great stay in Simens house. Location is great, just by the fjord. Has enough space and the needed amenities. The views to the fjord are spectacular. Sleeping was good, house was clean and communication with Simen was great. Definitely recommended if you want to stay by the Hardangerfjord.

The house is very well located and quiet. It is modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a stay: enough cutlery, dishes, cooking pots, pans and other kitchen equipment including various electrical appliances. The bathroom was just as well equipped. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much. The hot tub with a great view over the bay sweetened the unfortunately somewhat bad weather for us. Our stay at this converted boathouse retreat was nothing short of magical. Nestled right on the water in Kvinnherad, the views were absolutely unreal—tranquil fjords surrounded by majestic mountains. It’s a short walk to the cabin and it’s totally worth it! The boathouse itself is cozy, and full of charm, making it the perfect getaway. This spot is also a dream for fishing enthusiasts! The host was amazing—so warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning scenery and incredible fishing, this place is a must-visit. We would definitely come back!

Gunnlaug is a very caring host. Lovely furnished and very well equipped house with a wonderful view, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Very childfriendly with a nice playroom with kitchen. A fantastic area, we had a lovely time here.

A small piece of jewelry. We felt totally comfortable when we arrived, which was also due to the fact that a fire was already prepared in the fireplace. It is very cozy and everything you need is there that you need. The view of the fjord is wonderful...there is always something to see and you can take great pictures. For hiking and bathing, you have to drive about 10-15 minutes, but fishing on site by boat is good. We also used the boat to go to the small island of Sild. Otherwise, as always, the communication with Laila was great and we can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

We spent wonderful days in the house with two families with teenagers. Christian was always available and gave us good tips.

Esben is very nice and helpful and answers questions quickly. The location of the house is top notch, and it is comfortably furnished. We were there in early August with two adults and two children (11 and 14 years). For tall people like me (2 m), the beds may be a bit short, but in the lower bed you can lie a bit diagonally to have more space.

We had a wonderful time. The environment is splendid. Peder was a great host, very helpful and kind. We went fishing every day with the boat. A great stay! Thank you for everything Peder!

I can only say wow! If you are looking for a quiet, idyllic place without much luxury, this is the place to be. Everything you need is there - except a shower - you can also shower in the village or just use the sink:) We can 100% recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

Easy, friendly communication. Beautiful space, great house and location. We had some bad luck with the weather. The possibility to rent a boat inexpensively via Robin is essential.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Anne, but communication was very fluid, our host was attentive. The accommodation is very cozy, perfectly located close to amenities but secluded enough to feel quiet. We were able to enjoy the wood-burning stove and a very well-equipped kitchen. It's a very nice place to relax, with a magnificent sea view.
