Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

A modern living room features a spacious gray sectional sofa, a small wooden coffee table, and a decorative rug. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating the space. A door leads to a private patio with outdoor furniture, enhancing the relaxation area.

If you want ski trips, there are good opportunities for great trips of different lengths with a lovely view (the mountain right behind the apartment).

Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the jetty of the cabin area or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

Nice little and warm patio and enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and everything in the center. It is also close to restaurants and culture/open air offerings. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together.
