Beach house vacation rentals in Kvarner Gulf

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We stayed at Sanja's in Dramalj in early June, a small place, very quiet, hardly any tourists. Beautiful beach and clear water. Sanja was very friendly and the accommodation perfect with small garden, terrace and beautiful balcony and hanging chair. The view of the sea is enchanting and we had a wonderful time. On foot, it is about 7 minutes downhill to the beach with a small beach bar and loungers to rent. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/out was easy. The location is great, 1 minute to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Usually I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

A fantastic weekend getaway with 10 people! City center within walking distance, supermarket 2 min walk. Host was super nice and friendly, always available!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again immediately for a vacation.

A really beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-maintained pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The different terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole singing and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, biking, swimming, chilling... it is 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! I'm sure we'll be back to your paradise.

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful time with our friends. The house and pool were amazing!

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

We were there with a group of 10 people. Everything worked out great and the owners are very nice.

Beautiful home decor, beautiful location, great jacuzzi, very comfortable bed. Contact with Marco was very quick and pleasant, a great host. I will remember with laughter the visit of the marten in the apartment, which visited us when we were in the jacuzzi and knocked over our glass! Wonderful creature! My dog also loved this place :) we will come back!

Marijana is a warm and friendly host. The place was very clean, the location just fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Mrs. Snjezana's accommodation was really nice and comfortable, clean and in a convenient location to reach the very fine beach of Lopar and the center for the evening, full of shops and attractions for children. The lady is really nice, on our arrival we found in the fridge a bottle of sparkling water, a juice and some very fresh beer, she also delighted us with a nice plate of grapes that is located just outside her veranda. On my baby's birthday she made us find a cake with plates and candles and balloons (she was super), she asked if there was a need to wash the clothes and finally she left us a gift. We recommend it and it is a place we would return to!

Listing is exactly as described. If you like it a little secluded, this is the place to be. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the small port of Merag - there you can swim wonderfully and are usually alone. The accommodation is small but well equipped and the many seating options on the fantastic terrace are wonderful.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

The stay was very nice. We know the place on the island very well and felt at home from the first moment. You can relax in the stone house and its surroundings.

Great location, close to the city center and close to Opatija. The apartment is very tidy, new, everything was very clean. And it's furnished with a lot of taste. The terrace and balcony offer a beautiful view of the entire bay. It was really a pleasure to sit outside and enjoy the spacious view. The beach is close, a 5-minute walk. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. It was very nice and pleasant to stay in that apartment. The hostess responded to all our messages and inquiries very quickly and was very accommodating. She even allowed us to arrive before the official check-in and leave after the official check-out.

Vladimir's studio is absolutely beautiful. Was lovely chatting to him and he gave us advice on where to go.. The perfect getaway. We stayed one night and would have stayed longer if we had the time. It was a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Great parking facilities for if you have a car and everything is within walking distance. Would highly recommend this studio for anyone wanting to stay in the neighbourhood
