Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge town,( only weekdays and not 16 June - 17 August.) Convenience store is located in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with table, chairs, umbrella & barbecue. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

The house is newly renovated with complete kitchen and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom with two beds and possibility to hang your clothes. Living room with sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. TV and broadband. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining for 6 people. Garden with lawn small patio with smaller barbecue.

There is a water kettle available to use to make you feel like home and keep you warm. You are welcome to borrow my bicycle and take a ride around Malmö. Welcome to our cozy place! 😃

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.
