Tea’s place is an absolute gem. It’s beachfront, just steps away from the plane landing spot and pier. I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset of my life from the beach right in front of the BnB. We enjoyed a wonderful time by the pool with drinks in hand. The entire space is incredibly spacious and equipped with all the amenities, with a special mention to the balcony. Overall, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel, very friendly hosts, amazing view:) we would come back:) sad we don’t speak Georgian or Russian, it would have been nice to get to know the hosts better!

Very accommodating staff. Nona solved all our questions incredibly quickly and gave us lots of tips for different excursions. There is hot water, there is a working table, a beautiful view from the window. Probably not the best internet, but I think that won't be a problem for most people. Thanks again Non for everything. We recommend everyone to stay at least a few days.

The price is good in performance

I'm not a beginner traveler. But I've never met a host like this. Levan met us from the bus, although we did not even ask about it, on the way to the apartment he told us about the city, the main attractions, recommended where and what to eat, these are really worthwhile tips that we took advantage of. The apartment is modern, trendy, with good sea views. You can have breakfast right on the balcony with the sea. It's worth a lot more money in my opinion. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of beach towels. Levan also works as a guide and for a fee below what you find on the beach and in the city, he has become our personal guide for the whole day, drove to all the attractions, introduced friends, treated them to local establishments. Served the best ice cream in Batumi! We learned the full power of Georgian hospitality! During my vacation, I repeatedly wondered if we needed help with something. Experiences are great. In general, if there is such a title as a SUPERHOST, then Levan deserves it entirely. !

Tamari is a great host. We arrived to Batumi super early in the morning and even the check in was noon, Tamati welcomed us early. The apartment was very clean and new, super close to the beach, restaurants and markets. Thank you Tamari

It was a nice house, but it's alittle bit far from Batumi center, It's great for families. There are many families that you can contacts with them. There is bus from house to Batumi, we paid about 2$ for taxi each time. Ramaz is a good guy. We have a good conversations with him )

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

I had a great stay! Nazi is very kind and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described.

Sofia and the Green Hills service Team are very friendly and nice, the food is good as well and even for decent prices. The view from the roam and the facilities are amazing, we didn't leave the property for two days as the accomodation is beautiful and provides everything you need. highly recommended, we will come back. The stay at Emans place is fantastic, he is very easy to talk to and responsive if you need help with anything. The internet speed is very good, good and stable enough to work. The big 4K tv perfectly placed in front of the couch is also perfect! The kitchen comes with everything you need, with an integrated fridge, nice and modern kitchen cabinets. The bathroom is also really nice and spacious with a very modern design and heated floors. I had a great time staying at Emans place. I very much recommend booking this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Giorgi’s apartment in Orbi City, Batumi. The apartment was clean, comfortable and ideal for 2 adults and a child. Giorgi personally came to greet us, which made us feel very welcome and selfcheck in also easy. The location is fantastic—vibrant both day and night—and offers a beautiful view of the sea and beach. Giorgi was very responsive and promptly addressed all our queries. As a Platinum member of IHG and Radisson hotels, I usually stay in premium hotels, but this time I decided to try Airbnb—and I must say, Giorgi’s Orbi City apartment was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Nice, comfortable and affordable hotel room. We were a bit hesitant about booking in view of several very negative reviews here, but none of our worries materialized. The room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily, there was instant hot water throughout, the pool area on the roof was pleasant for chilling, and it was also possible to order snacks and meals there. For the price we paid, breakfast was also more than acceptable. Be aware that the hotel is located on the south side of Batumi, near the airport, and therefore quite far (a couple of kms) from the center of town. It was sometimes difficult to communicatie with hotel staff in English.

10 out of 10! It is beautiful private place with magnificent views! Sunsets there are breathtaking. We stayed with a family if 10 and we enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Swimming pool is perfect and cleaned daily. Breakfasts are great, a lot of variations and if there is something you want extra- it will be there in no time- perfect for family with picky eat kids. Lunch and dinner was also delicious. We will for sure come back!

This is not my first time and it's definitely not the last time I've stayed here. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, who are always there and happy to help anytime. The room is clean and spacious with all amenities. The room has high-speed WIFI ,kettle and 2 mug tray. There is always an iron and a nice hair dryer in the hallway in the hallway. There is a refrigerator both in the room and in the kitchen . In addition , for a fee it is possible to order a delicious breakfast ! And have breakfast on your beautiful balcony with beautiful views and pleasant sounds of nature. In the backyard it is very cozy and pleasant to relax to the sounds of a sparkling creek where you can have a barbecue ( fry food on the grill , or ask to cook for additional payment ) is very tasty , I recommend to all! Convenient location of the apartment , 3-5 minutes to a clean beach and a quiet and clean beach . In a walking distance of everything you need - a pharmacy, bazaars with fresh fruits and vegetables, shops , fresh pastries and a restaurant where delicious Georgian food is available
