Modern Cozy Apartment In the city center!

We have been so blessed to have a host like Indira! She was always in contact and solved any issues that arose. Location: Located probably in the best place possible in Batumi. Centrally located but away from busy old town. Everything is in the walking distance: in the same block two big supermarkets & several grocery shops; restaurants; clinic & ER and our favorite is the lake just down the street. We had very specific needs because of our infant and the closeness of all these essentials made our stay so easy. Our child loved the lake and especially the ducks that lived there. The park had the playground & amusement park, zoo and another 5 minute walk from there is the waterfront w/ a great walkway along the sea. Apartment: Indira was so accommodating bringing in an extra bed and awesome baby seat. All other essential amenities were perfectly enough to live comfortably for three months. The view from the apartment is exquisite. Beauty of Batumi in the palm of your hand! 100/100

Lovely, clean apartment in a good area, all within walking distance, 7-9 minutes to the sea. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a large family. Very friendly hosts, special thanks for the national treats! The apartment is on the fifth floor, there is no elevator, not critical, information for families with small children or people of age. The place is good - we recommend)

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

The place has probably the best location in the city, it's just around five minutes walk from Europe square. The apartment is large and bright and has high ceilings. Each room has a balcony with an exceptional sea view. Roman is a very responsive host. He met us for check in and check out and helped with whatever we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The hosts were very friendly, and the location was peaceful and quiet. The interior was beautifully designed, the hot jacuzzi was perfect for relaxation, and there was a billiard table and a projector for entertainment. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and overall, everything was great!

We would like to express our gratitude to Maike and her husband Duka for their hospitality. We were greeted early in the morning at the airport and helped to reach the apartment, told us where the best beaches are to go, and what to try. We were constantly in touch and helped with all the issues that arose. We stayed with a group of four and were very satisfied. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are little shops, several pharmacies nearby. The big super market is a 10-15 minute walk away. We had no problem getting to the Old Batumi by almost any minibus for 0.5 gel (10 minutes drive) without any problems. Even though we were not very lucky with the weather, we had a wonderful vacation, in particular thanks to Maike and Duki. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We were 2 families. The location is very convenient. The sea is 50 meters from the house. Supermarket is nearby. The apartment is very clean. The host met and escorted to the airport in person. The apartment has all the necessary things for cooking. The pastel is snow-white. We really liked it. We are glad that we chose this apartment. Everything was great, Nino is a really good and responsive host. The location is super and the apartment is delightful. We only had one small issue with sofa bed – it was too hard to sleep on, but Nino had an extra mattress for it, so it was fine. We’ll definitely come back again someday :)

A very polite couple, met, helped with suitcases, responded promptly to all messages, the tar current👌🏼 at check-in awaited us with a bottle of wine, the apartment is clean, the location is all within walking distance and even the park and the sea. The same house has one of the popular Don bakeries, with a large selection of cakes. The apartment is dry, warm, without mold even with a bathtub, which is rare in Batumi. Although it was not the weather outside, we absolutely did not freeze even without heating. Despite the busy street, there is no noise from the road. The renovation is old and not designer, but high-quality and clean. Everything is in perfect condition. It was especially nice for us that you can bring animals. In general, we were good
