The house is located on beautiful Kvaløya, with magnificent nature, many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby. The distance from the airport is 4 km, 7 km to Tromsø city center. Good bus connections nearby. Within walking distance from the house are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and gas station. The house from the 50s has recently been renovated. From the property you will be able to experience both the northern lights and wildlife. Free parking for any car.

Great views and a quiet area where you can enjoy idyllic mountains and natural surroundings. The Northern Lights season is from September to April. If the weather is clear, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. Many unique destinations on foot and by boat that the host can inform about if needed and have maps available in the house.

Here you get 3 bedrooms, large bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sauna outside and large terrace. We live 30 minutes drive from Tromsø city center. This is a perfect place for families with children or others who want to live close to nature. We strongly recommend that you have your own car, as public transport here is very limited.

Unique location for experiencing the northern lights in the season from mid-September to the beginning of April. Midnight sun in the summer season from 20. May to July 20. Newly renovated facilities indoors. Rural surroundings with airport and Tromsø only 20 minutes away. Hosts are available for advice and assistance for an optimal stay.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights.
