A family of skiers who bought the apartment initially for themselves, and then for others who share the same interest. The environment is quiet and friendly. The apartment is 200m from the Gondola "Bela reka - Mali karaman". The gondola travels 15 minutes to the top and the main hub and intersection of ski trails. In record time, without waiting in lines, you arrive from the apartment to the place where you descend one of the trails - Gvozdac, Mali Karaman, Kneževske bare, Duboka - Krčmar.

The apartment is around 500 m far from the Bela Reka gondola, which connects to the rest of the ski resort. Across the apartment is Junior Hotel, which has tennis and football courts, a ski slope, as well as a ski school and playground for children. Junior Hotel also provides various facilities for children, such as a playroom, kid’s entertainers, cinema, and billiard tables. Foka offers a spa center and a nice restaurant. The Koliba restaurant, featuring local food, is also very close.

The complex itself is surrounded by picturesque nature and breathtaking landscapes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment- just 300m, there is a newly built panoramic gondola "Brzeće-Mali Karaman" which connects this center with the top of Kopaonik from where skiers join the further system of trails of our largest ski center.

Apartments COSIC are located 2.5 km from the center of Kursumlija. Peace and quiet throughout the day, clean air, spacious and beautiful courtyard full of greenery, which makes them suitable for a vacation. Several parking spaces are provided. The apartment is disinfected after each guest shift due to Covid 19. The apartment was completely renovated this year in January 2020 with a complete new bathroom and new things. The city pool is only 3 km from us.
