The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

It was a wonderfully relaxing short trip! You can tell from the house that it has been renovated with a lot of attention and attention to detail. And the uncomplicated communication with Florian makes you feel right at home.

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The vacation home is well located for activities in the surrounding area, the Eibenstock swimming pools are not far away, nor is the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a natural environment. The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We lacked nothing! We used the time to explore the area and enjoy the tranquility. We were super satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment is surrounded by nature. I only had a very, very short overnight stay and then unfortunately had to leave again. Very friendly landlords.

Everything was as described and the apartment is located near the main sources. We particularly liked the view and Eva was also available to us as a contact person, although we did not need the help. Finding a parking space is a bit challenging, but solvable. A nice apartment!

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

We spent an extended weekend in Karlovy Vary with Iva and Jan and were absolutely thrilled! On the one hand, Karlovy Vary is a beautiful city that is ideally suited for a three-day trip and on the other hand we felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. Communication and check-in with Jan went absolutely smoothly and the recommendations for the area definitely worthwhile! In addition, our hosts were very likeable!:) We found the apartment extremely inviting and cozy and would have liked to have stayed longer. Absolutely recommended!:)

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Roman's apartment in Karlovy Vary is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, peace and a great location. Located just a few minutes walk from the center and the spa colonnade, making it ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly clean. Everything was meticulously prepared and there was nothing important for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the projector, which made the evenings great. Roman is a great host – communication was fast, responsive, and the entire stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!
