The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

It was a wonderfully relaxing short trip! You can tell from the house that it has been renovated with a lot of attention and attention to detail. And the uncomplicated communication with Florian makes you feel right at home.

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The vacation home is well located for activities in the surrounding area, the Eibenstock swimming pools are not far away, nor is the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a natural environment. The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We lacked nothing! We used the time to explore the area and enjoy the tranquility. We were super satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Frank is a very accommodating host. He always got back to me very quickly. The apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished as described and also equipped with children's toys and books. Information material is available and the location was great for day trips. We simply felt completely comfortable and highly recommend it!

Everything was as described and the apartment is located near the main sources. We particularly liked the view and Eva was also available to us as a contact person, although we did not need the help. Finding a parking space is a bit challenging, but solvable. A nice apartment!

We spent an extended weekend in Karlovy Vary with Iva and Jan and were absolutely thrilled! On the one hand, Karlovy Vary is a beautiful city that is ideally suited for a three-day trip and on the other hand we felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. Communication and check-in with Jan went absolutely smoothly and the recommendations for the area definitely worthwhile! In addition, our hosts were very likeable!:) We found the apartment extremely inviting and cozy and would have liked to have stayed longer. Absolutely recommended!:)

We were received very kindly by grit. The hostess was not there at the time of arrival, but the key handover was very easy with the key safe. There was also a correspondingly good explanation of where to find it. We were very happy with the place. The roof terrace is great and really huge.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Roman's apartment in Karlovy Vary is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, peace and a great location. Located just a few minutes walk from the center and the spa colonnade, making it ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly clean. Everything was meticulously prepared and there was nothing important for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the projector, which made the evenings great. Roman is a great host – communication was fast, responsive, and the entire stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!
