The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

The accommodation is cozily furnished, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. It has everything you could need and is also clean. We especially liked the "room" in the garden, great for lingering. And very private.

We especially liked the location: pleasantly quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet you are in the middle of the city in a short time. A perfect combination of relaxation and good connections. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place.

Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We had a wonderful stay in the little house on the meadow. Right from the first moment, we felt at home. The house is beautifully and cozy. Everything is designed with attention to the details. The furnishings are new and everything is very clean and well maintained. We were there with a small baby, and Katrin has a baby cot, bathtub and crawling blanket... already provided The garden invites you to linger for a long time. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are nice. Only 5 minutes from the train station. We will be happy to come back!!

We went there for the second time – and it was beautiful again! The house is wonderfully quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet Annaberg-Buchholz is within walking distance. It's a perfect combination of recreation and experience! Gladly again and again! :)

I had a few very relaxing days in the Grünhäuschen. The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for switching off. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I'd love to come back!

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

we were in transit here for 1 night. the room was neatly tidy in the kitchen more than enough present. the location was very nice and quiet. we were personally and very kindly received by 2 sweet people. M&M. we could relax in the garden on the veranda.

Frank is a very accommodating host. He always got back to me very quickly. The apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished as described and also equipped with children's toys and books. Information material is available and the location was great for day trips. We simply felt completely comfortable and highly recommend it!

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have been there for the second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children liked to play with the existing toys and stuffed animals. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything was great, 100% recommendation.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good also for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really tall people! There were also two bathrooms, one of them has slopes, but it is very large. From the windows of the bedrooms you can see the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! This upstairs apartment is perfect for an active couple. The whole of Karlovy Vary is within walking distance. Supermarkets are very close. You can also walk along the steam right into the spa area. So the location is great. I like how the host has taken photos of everything and indeed the kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. What I did notice is how the rooms are actually bigger than the photos show. There is plenty of room here. The shower and washing machine both work well. Just all in all a very comfortable space for your visit.

This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.
