The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi. Parking is not required. The parking lot is in front of the house with a camera.

Cosy, 1-bedroom + lounge (which can be turned into a 2nd bedroom, both with a bed of 140X200 cm) apartment, with separate entrance to the main house. It is ideal for couples, a family with kids or for a group of up to 4 friends if you want a quiet environment after the noise of the city center. To arrive to the city center of Budapest takes 20-30 minutes by bus and metro or by car. In the living room there is a ceiling fan, in the bedroom there is a standing fan available.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the new handball stadium (PICK ARENA) and the Tiszavirág swimming pool. The rooms have separate entrances, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
