Trevlig lägenhet i souterrängvilla med närhet till Kungsbacka centrum som har bra förbindelser till bl.a. Göteborg och Varberg. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt villaområde med ca 3,5km till havet. Lägenheten består av 2 rum och kök. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa för 2. Köket har spis/ugn samt micro. Det finns också kaffebryggare samt vattenkokare och husgeråd (bestick,glas mm). Det finns även garderober. Gungor och lekstuga för barn finns på tomten. Parkering på gata.

Rummet är Hanhals, 6km till Kungsbacka centrum. Känn dig som hemma i en självgående liten stuga på min tomt, separat från boningshus. - 500m från Badplats - 3km från Kattegattsleden - Kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress, koppar, tallrikar och bestick. Notera att lilla stugan är självgående utan tillgång till fastigheten. Rummet har ej kök tillgängligt. - Bord/stolar inomhus och utomhus - WC, dusch och hårtork - Parkering - Wi-Fi - Sängkläder och handdukar ingår - Städning ingår

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Commuter train between Kungsbacka and Gothenburg (easy access to Gothia Cup, Way Out West, Liseberg, and similar events via Västtrafik or Öresundståg). Close to golf, Bräckan Nature Center, Tjolöholm Castle, Hede Fashion Outlet, and an outdoor padel court. Plenty of space and free parking for cars. Possibility to wash bikes and store indoor.

Fullt utrustat gästhus nära havet med trädgård

Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.

This is a beautiful place at the west cost with a stunning oceanview and nature surroundings. You will have huge fields and during summertime cows, horses and sheep's nearby. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. The 2st floor is a cosy apartment with a separate entrence. With balcony with lots of sun and ocean view. Separate entrence.
