The property is approximately 100 ha of forest and lakes. It is only 25 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from the popular shopping center of Gekås in Ullared.

Bike and walking distance to the sea where you can enjoy the sun, evening swimming, crab fishing, etc. There are many different bathing bays to choose from. The house has several lovely patios that offer sunlight from morning to night. In addition to the 4x8 m heated pool (May - September) there is plenty of room for socializing and playing in the garden with a large trampoline as well as two playgrounds within walking distance.

Very nice and old house with good sunny position and peaceful area, just a stone's throw from the bay. Close to stunning nature trails and a magnificent rocky landscape. There are plenty of picturesque bays and bathing cliffs for those who want to swim and sunbathe for themselves. As a guest you will have the hole house for yourself. Minimum stay two nights.
