Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Had the most perfect 5 days in the most perfect location. Squeaky clean, well appointed villa. Pool is also bigger than photos suggest. Very easy to find with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break. I was concerned it may be a little way out from some of the activities we had planned but everything fell into place without any issues. We chose to get a hire car to allow daily food shops but used it to visit Cavtat a few times also. Cavtat is so beautiful and we rented a private boat from there to spend the day visiting islands and caves. Ubers are easy to get and we used these to visit Dubrovnik old town but you could easily drive there in 30 mins.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Wir haben die Zeit bei Dusan und Nelly sehr genossen. Sie sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber! Beide waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Eine besondere Überraschung war der Geburtstagskuchen für unsere Mädels. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist neu, durchdacht und hochwertig. Sehr hilfreich waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war ebenfalls Traum! Und der Pool wurde von den Mädels sehr intensiv genutzt. Durch die liebevolle und persönliche Gestaltung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns haben zur Begrüßung kühle Getränke und ein paar Snacks erwartet. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, wenn man etwas vom Land sehen möchte also auf alle Fälle einen Mietwagen buchen! Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft Erholung pur! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. So eine Unterkunft wünscht man sich 😊

We booked the villa for our friends hen party weekend. Ana is the perfect host and the villa is absolutely stunning - the location is easily accessible by Uber at all hours but you may want a car for easy access to local supermarkets (less than 5 mins drive). The view is amazing and the villa has everything you could need and has a real authentic but luxury feel - Ana was always available for any questions, gave us amazing recommendations and we are so so grateful to have found this villa! Would not hesitate to recommend booking! Ana, you’re the best!

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

Vielen Dank für die freundliche und schnelle Hilfe in jeder Lage. Jelena und Nikola haben es geschafft, dass unser Urlaub trotz verspäteter Ankunft und persönlicher Startschwierigkeiten ein Highlight wurde. Die beiden sind super nett und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Bootsfahrt mit Nikola war super! Das Haus liegt in einem netten Fischerdorf, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Fähre und Straße hört man, haben uns aber nicht gestört. Die Fähre ist Zufluss umsonst, dass haben wir zum einkaufen und für Restaurant Besuche genutzt. Vielen Dank für den tollen. Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

Un vrai coin de paradis, je confirme tous les commentaires positifs précédents ! Un tel environnement à taille humaine, calme et fleuri, avec accès direct à la mer depuis la jolie terrasse, sans route à traverser, est absolument unique au Monténégro. Le logement est très bien fourni et entretenu. Jelena s’est montrée proactive et très disponible. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable 😊

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Zarko's home is perfect. It has two spacious terraces, one at the front and one at the back. The high-ceilinged living room is filled with sunlight throughout the day, brightening up the entire space. In the garden, there’s a barbecue area nestled among the greenery. Right next to the house, there’s an organic market where we found gluten-free and natural products. Within walking distance, you can find large supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches, cafes, bus stops, and restaurants. The location is convenient for accessing everywhere, and being directly on the main road made the house easy to find. It’s also wonderful to be able to see the sea from this bright home. We’d like to mention that the bed is new and extremely comfortable. The house is charming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Zarko, was very helpful in every way—a wonderful host, friendly and communicative. We are very grateful to him for making our one-month stay feel like home.

We loved our stay at Ray’s place and our stay in Perast. The location was perfect- right in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The accommodations were comfortable and we loved waking up each morning to a sea view and having coffee on the front patio. We had some travel issues and Ray was extremely helpful, gave great advice, and responded to all questions right away. We highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans l’appartement d’Ivona. L’appartement était impeccable, il y une vue incroyable, c’est très paisible. Tout est propre, le logement est pratique et il y a tous les éléments de première nécessité. Ivona nous a fait des recommandations que nous avons suivi et nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Elle est très réactive, toujours disponible et porte un grand intérêt au bien être de ces invités. Je recommande fortement !

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!
