The building is situated in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by family houses. Studio apartment is excellent for two persons. it's equipped with all necessary stuff even for longer stay. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee shops around. I don't have a parking nor can I provide you.

Spent two wonderful days here. Location of the house is great, access to lake for kayak nearby. Loved sitting on the big veranda- everything to recommend.

Jelena was very nice and forthcoming. Check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is right in the city centre, but very quiet. It was clean, spacious and the bed and pull-out couches were comfortable. If I come back to Niš, this will be my first choice! Thank you for the lovely stay ♥️
