Lövkullen is located high and lush in Änggårdsbergen opposite the Guldhedstornet. To Gothenburg's heart, Avenyn, it takes about 10 minutes by car. In 10 minutes, you can walk to Sahlgrenska Hospital or the Botanical Garden. In Änggården you can enjoy beautiful nature, a running track/barbecue area/outdoor gym. If you continue via Botaniska into Slottsskogen, you will then come to all of Linnègatan's restaurants and watering holes. The bus is about 2-3 minutes away and several buses take you directly to Avenyn in 9 minutes and the Central Station in 20 minutes.

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

Welcome to our newly built, exclusive beach house at Aspen in Lerum – perfect for families who love lake life! Enjoy your own dock, swimming, fun water activities and wave-splashing. The house has panoramic windows for constant enjoyment of the fantastic lake view. Whether you're cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling on the jetty deck, relaxing in the sauna or resting in the cozy living room, the view is always with you. The house has air heat pump/AC with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi 250Mb. Bedroom with two 90 cm beds, 43 inch TV and a study with desk and wardrobe. The house borders the forest in a quiet undisturbed area. Close to Halland/Bohusleden with excellent hiking opportunities in nature. Golf courses and lakes-sea nearby.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Välj själv hur du vill spendera din tid. Här finns möjlighet att vara i vår vackra natur med både hav, skog och sjö. Ca 20 minuters rask promenad ner till charmiga badvikar, samtidigt som bussen som tar dig in till stan stannar ett stenkast från huset och tar dig in till Göteborg på ca 20-30 minuter!

Modern villa in a high, scenic, quiet location in Brottkärr, near Amundön, about 14 km from central Gothenburg. Stunning sea view, swimming pool. About 1000 meters to nice swimming areas, bordering on scenic forest. Within walking distance (10 minutes) there are restaurants, food, system companies, training facilities, tennis courts, soccer fields, etc. Good transport links to central Gothenburg. Parking, children's toys (such as swing, climbing frame, etc.) are available.

Seaside idyll

Beautifully located seaside house with close proximity to saltwater swimming, cliffs and beaches. Here you can enjoy the presence of the sea almost at your doorstep. The house offers several nice patios and a spacious garden. With its generous 250 sqm, the accommodation offers plenty of space for the whole family. Our two cats are part of the family and are fed every other day. They are independent and take care of themselves with the help of a cat flap.
