Very nice little studio. Very warm hosts with lots of good tips. Good location. Gladly come back. Above all, the bicycles were practical, with which you were quickly in the center.

A cute, small ground floor apartment. There’s a stone walkway which opens into a bedroom and a small but well equipped kitchenette. A small but comfy single bed is in a separate small bedroom with a sunny window. There’s no washing machine but the hosts recommended a decently priced laundry nearby. The neighbourhood is residential with Croation families in the vicinity. The parking is next to the apartment and infront of the host’s house. There’s a supermarket 300 mtrs away and so is a playground and football/basketball court. It’s 10 mins drive to Porec and about 45-60 mins drive to Labin/Rabac and about the same to Premantura/Medulin. If you have a car and are a couple/ with young children looking for a clean, cute, quiet and reasonably priced place, then this is it.

Perfect accommodation for a longer stay with a child. Maša was very hospitable and you could always contact her. The accommodation itself was sufficiently large for 3 people and equipped with all the necessary things for a longer stay. A washing machine was also available for use, with a child just perfect. You can walk to the old town of Poreč in 15 minutes. Maša recommended various beaches to us. We felt completely comfortable and recommend the place!

Definitely worth recommending at this price! The host is very friendly and helpful. He greeted us with cold water and juice, and said goodbye with a beautiful gift. The neighborhood is quiet. Although close to the main street, there was no noise in the house. Very close to the beaches (rocky and sandy) and to the center on foot. It's worth it! We had a great stay at Kaja's. The space was exactly as described. Very clean and high quality. Since we had a car breakdown and our car was in the garage for a few days, we were able to extend for 2 more nights without any problems. We were supported by Kaja and her husband in every way. Taxi rides and phone calls with the garage. Thanks again for everything. We would book this place again and again and are more than happy to recommend it.

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of bike trails, shops... beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰

schönes Apartment in guter Lage!

It was very easy to get to the apartment and Lidia welcomed us in a very friendly way! Since it wasn't high season yet, the cars on the street didn't bother us so much! The sea is not far away! So everything was a great fit!

Sabina's apartment is just outside the village center, but you can reach the beach in a 10-minute walk, shopping is also within walking distance. However, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a somewhat busy street in the morning and evening. You can look in olive trees or neighboring properties. The apartment itself is nicely and practically furnished, all as in the photos. We thought it was great that the hallway is large enough to leave the swimwear, shoes, etc. And we also liked to use the small balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance. To meet Sabina in person but the communication with her still worked out great and was very nice. Overall, it was a very good placement for us, even without a car, and we felt very comfortable

We were looking for accommodation for our friends who came to visit us in Porec. the apartment is well located and it has lots of space inside.

Maja was also very kind as a result of my specific request. I was very satisfied with the stay. The location was great. I "sorry" to have used the house for a business trip and not for pleasure, so in a low season. I know the summer area is very nice and everything would have been even more exciting. I was still able to dine in some pleasant restaurants in the historic center and easily walk to them. Private parking is always something I appreciate, in this case it was also covered and safe. Our stay was great. Klaudia has been very kind since booking, giving us useful directions. She was available to greet us upon arrival with only 1 hour notice. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Also very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Due to its location it is very relaxing and calming with views onto the sea from the terrace.

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Clean and new apartment in quiet neighborhood. We used it as base to explore Istria - pula, wineries etc., Has an AC in every room - which is rare in this part of the world. There is also a good konoba ‘basilica’ a 5 min drive. Beware that there is an internal half-spiral staircase, which might be a challenge if you have lot of luggage. It wasn’t a big issue for us.

We stayed for three nights in the beautiful accommodation and would have liked to have stayed longer. It's a stunning view and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.
