Beachfront vacation rentals in Kui Buri District

The house is very nice, spacious, good atmosphere, good view, but maybe someone is a little crowded when we go, there is a pickup truck to park at the sea at the beach in front of the house and turn on the noise in the little noise. The house is jammed at the upstairs bedroom, there is no bathroom, time to use the bathroom, you have to walk down the gas, the gas stove will be gas, the house is not a can of gas, and the swimming pool will go a little small. As for the maid service, overall it is good.

We had a great time at Villa Espana. The villa is perfect for large family gatherings. We especially appreciated the great location at the beach and the tennis court. Communication with Ernesto is easy and prompt. We can highly recommend Villa Espana.

A very good travel experience, the environment is particularly good, facing the sea spring flowers, my boyfriend and I are looking forward to the next arrival!

We had an amazing stay at the sea condo from Bin. Peaceful and calm area with a big pool and a modern condo - can't ask for more. We'll come back as soon as we can - Thank You!

It was a wonderful stay!!! The owner, Mr Chaowa, he is very responsive and always ready to assist. The room is nice, clean and spacious enough with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need for a comfortable life, you feel at home. The sea is just across the road and you can enjoy sea breeze. There is a great long embankment for walking just at the exit of the condominium. There are a few nice cafes within walking distance. Of course, it’s a little bit far from the shops and sea food fresh markets, but if you have the car and you prefer quiet place, it’s the best place ever!

I love waking up to the sunrise over the bay. Truely the best panoramic ocean view. A perfect getaway. The room is comfortable and super clean with great public facility.

The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

The apartment was great; well decorated and furnished next to a vibrant night market. The pool was very pleasant as well. Mu Mu was a great host, she ensured that we all were able to get into the apartment okay and was very responsive throughout the weekend. We left an item in the apartment and Mu Mu was even kind enough to mail it back to us in Bangkok. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great place, staff were great and the pool area is fantastic. The balcony doesn’t have any furniture at the moment which is a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there in the mornings/evenings.

We had such a good time at this home. It was exactly what we needed for a large family getaway. The home was clean and beautiful. The house keeper was so helpful too. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this property to all.

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.

A fantastic place to stay. Thanaporn has 2 apartments in the condo. One with 46 square meters on the ground floor and one with 52 square meters on the 4 floor. We travel with our 2 small children and have chosen the bigger ones. The apartment is super clean, everything new and chic. Bedroom with large bed and a sofa in living room. Four of us were able to sleep well here. Only, it was a bit bright, we hung something in the windows. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Wundeschön. There is a small kitchen, so we could have a cozy breakfast here and even cook noodles. We were almost the only ones here during the week. There is a big pool and a nice children's pool. There is also a large sandbox with a slide. For beautiful beach you have to drive about 3 km. No problem as you can rent a moped directly in the condo for 200Baht/day. This way you can also make great trips to the national park. Would love to leave at all!
