Vacation rentals with beach access in Kui Buri District

Crabzilla Hua Hin is just the perfect peaceful weekend getaway from Bangkok. Located about 15 kms from Hua Hin town, this place is perfectly nestled between hills & Pranburi forests on one side and pristine sea on the other. The views are next level beautiful! Amp’s place is family-friendly, especially if you’re travelling with kids & can accommodate 10 people in the 2 bedrooms. Highly recommend for anyone willing to spend some quality family time!

Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

Wonderful place to stay I must say. The flat has everything you need and it’s on the beach, the sunsets are fantastic as are the sunrises . The owners are really nice and the whole area is beautiful with lots of nice places to visit and eat but you will need transportation but that’s easy to organize. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area next.

This is our second stay at Rawiwan’s place and we were more than happy with our choice. Rawiwan is an excellent host who responds immediately to any communication and the apartment had everything we needed. Sam Roi Yot is a very peaceful and quiet place. The on-site pool is beautiful but hardly used. The on-site staff are friendly and helpful. There are a couple of local restaurants within walking distance and theThai food we had was excellent and reasonably priced. Thank you for another wonderful stay at the Sea Condo.

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Everything is perfect! We were very very happy at your place. Once is not enough, the next time will come…

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

An absolutely beautiful villa - wonderfully designed and so very comfortable. Two bikes come with the villa, which is an absolute boon for exploring the region. Excellent recommendations for things to do in the vicinity and they helped put us in contact with a great taxi service. The pool is just wonderful at all times of the day. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough - we were here with friends, but would also absolutely suit a couple of families travelling together. Five stars all round !

We strongly recommend staying here! We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cozy place. 😍 A short walk to 7-Eleven, located next to an Italian restaurant where you may enjoy brunch or dinner. The house was tidy, and having a living area with a large couch was perfect for recharging. There is also all of the cooking equipment that we require. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house. Every corner reflects a thoughtful and personalized touch that made it feel more like a home than just a rental. The decor is charming, full of light, and very tastefully done — clearly curated with care and attention. It’s not only beautiful but also practical: everything was easy to use, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming space, with personality and warmth! And walking distance from the beach and restaurants! We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

Great place for friend and family with only few minute walk to the beach, 7-11, restaurant. Super private and peaceful place. Not only felt like home, but it is your vacay home in Bali situated in Pranburi. The place is bigger than it looks in the photo where 5 adults felt very comfortable with their own space. The bed and pillow are very clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this place as your next vacation!

I love waking up to the sunrise over the bay. Truely the best panoramic ocean view. A perfect getaway. The room is comfortable and super clean with great public facility.

The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!
